Amazing family trip
Safari 365 arranged the perfect safari holiday for us in South Africa, with everything arranged seamlessly. From the booking stage to the trip itself everything was so smoothly done. Due to airline snaffoos I found myself with 4 ‘spare’ days tacked on the end of my already booked (with another company) trip to Africa. . Luckily I ‘found’ Jackie at Safari 365 who understood my dilemma immediately and came up with a solution I had not considered….extend my final destination of Victoria Falls and do day trips from my hotel. It was a wonderful 4 days encompassing a marvellous solo bird watching morning, with a fantastic guide, a morning with elephants and a flight over the Falls….all unbelievably wonderful experiences. Jackie booked everything including my same hotel extension, and even my transport to the airport at the end. Everything worked seamlessly and I am so grateful to Jackie & Safari 365. It was exactly what I needed. I wished I’d used them for my whole African adventure but I’ll know next time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Safari 365: Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!
I recently booked a safari through Safari 365 and was incredibly impressed with their service and expertise. From the initial planning stages to the actual trip, they were there to assist and ensure everything went smoothly.
In Brazil, I was fortunate to work with Elaine, who was extremely helpful in guiding me through the selection and booking process. She patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights. Throughout the trip, our dedicated concierge, Trevor, went above and beyond to take care of every detail. His support was invaluable, especially when it came to choosing attractions and activities along the Garden Route.
While I had already arranged part of my trip independently (including my Cape Town hotel and itinerary), Trevor's assistance in selecting the cities and experiences along the Garden Route was instrumental in making that portion of the trip a success.
As for the safari itself, I highly recommend considering Shamwari Game Reserve as an alternative to the more famous Kruger National Park. Shamwari offers an equally incredible wildlife experience and is conveniently located near Port Elizabeth.
Overall, I have nothing but praise for Safari 365. They provided exceptional service, were always available to assist, and helped me create an unforgettable safari adventure. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a seamless and memorable travel experience.

Frederik was highly professional, provided us amazing assistance during the trip.
We toured Cape Town, Kruger, Lower Zambezi and Botswana all in 15 days. The package that was put together for us allowed us to squeeze in alot of activities, whilst also giving us time to relax and soak up the local culture. The staff met us at every airport and ensured our transfers were simple and straightforward. This was great because we had not been to Africa before and it alleviated much of the stress that airports and transfers can cause.
We highly recommend Safari 365. Throughout the planning phase of the trip they were patient and highly informative.
Frederik was amazing when there was a last minute change to flight timings due to unpredictable weather. He organised different flights and accomodation to ensure we made our international flights home. He went above and beyond for us and i commend his professionalism and efficiency.

Knowledgeable, Efficient, Friendly and Reliable, great service
We were a party of 4 visiting 3 different camps in Kenya. We opted for the higher level of accommodation etc. and were not disappointed. Not cheap but worth every cent. The camps themselves were very comfortable, carefully integrated into the natural surroundings with as little impact on the environment without sacrificing comfort. The food and service were excellent.
Game view was extraordinary with dedicated guides who were very knowledgeable and delightful company. We saw a vast array of animals and birds. A bush walk with our guide introduced us to the flora as well at close range.
Pick ups and transfers from all locations all went to plan and we felt we were in safe hands. This was not a "tour" as such just co-ordinated short stays. Different guides at each camp.
This is the 2nd trip Safari 365 have put together for us and it will not be our last. Amy answered all our questions (and there were many) with patience and efficiency.

Excellence of service
My son and I did a 15-day self drive through the Garden Route (from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town), using the services of Safari 365 and I can't help but congratulate the professionals involved for the fantastic experience we had. From the initial contact with Ms. Eliane in Brazil, to the completion of the tour, I have nothing but praise to say. Ms. Eliane proved to be a dedicated professional, attentive, caring and always willing to clarify doubts (and there were many), review itineraries, adapt hotels (great choices), create suggestions, in short, everything necessary to guarantee a quality service suited to our needs. profile. I also cannot fail to thank and praise our concierge, Mr Frederik Lesch, who was always ready to help us in any situation. The only tour operators I would recommend for Southern Africa.
Our family hadn't been to Southern Africa before (I had) so they were a bit nervous. Therefore, I wanted this trip to expose them to all the wonders of this part of the world but to always feel safe. Our wonderful consultant Andrew listened to our preferences and then added his own local knowledge and expertise and crafted the most exciting trip. He even joined us for a beer when we were in Cape Town. He fitted in with Australian time zones for phone calls and shaped up the itinerary into a wonderful two-week indulgence - there is nothing like local knowledge that you can trust. We went to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe (yes, my son bungee jumped 111metres off the old bridge!); Chobi National Park, Botswana; and Kruger Game Reserve & Cape Town, South Africa. We were picked up at airports and hotels/lodges always on time, we were indulged by the most beautiful and hospitable hosts and lovely venues, we ate amazing food, we saw beautiful natural panoramas and yes we saw the big five! I can't describe lying in bed at night and hearing lions roar within earshot! Cape Town blew us away and the trip down to the Cape of Good Hope was extraordinary. This has been an amazing experience we still talk about often. We will never forget it. We are definitely going back and most certainly organising it through Safari 365 (they aren't paying us to say that). Our Australian friends think we were brave and adventurous but little do they know we were in 5 star comfort and did not feel unsafe at all - except maybe the first time a lion walked past our open topped jeep! Definitely do it!!!
