Amazing 5 days safari experience of Naiwasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara
I am happy that I decided to spend the end of this crazy 2020 on a safari in Kenya with Joseph who proved to be a great guide! Since I traveled alone, his support and company meant a lot to me! Thanks Dennis for quick answers a great financial offer that also included transport from the airport and a hotel in Nairobi .... really everything it took. Recomend!
Greetings from Croatia

Exciting, memorable and greatest safari we have ever experienced. Great guide and bookings
The safari was well organised. Pick up was on time , driver guide was very cautious, friendly, courteous and patient to ensure we saw the wildlife. He explained to us all that needed to be known. We saw many animals and birds. Baboon safaris is the best tour firm ever. Kimana camp and ngulia lodge were also good accommodations

Mara, Nakuru & Amboseli in 5 days, saw the big 5 & got money-shot photo of elephants/Kilimanjaro
Kenya is not Disneyland and I think it is important to keep that in mind. The animals are wild and unpredictable and the lodging is far from the cities and off the grid. That being said I had an amazing time and really enjoyed the adventure. Really this was all thanks to my guide Ali. He picked me up from Nairobi and dropped me back off at the airport afterwards so he was with me every step of the way. He, in my mind's eye, is Kenya, all the smiles, jokes, observations and commentary. He is an aggressive driver which is what you want if you are in the park only for a short time and are trying to see all the animals and also if you are trying to get between parks before sundown. He has a keen eye not only for spotting animals but also for measuring my energy levels and when I started falling asleep in the van he called it a day and took me back to the lodge to sleep. The lodges were way nicer than my needs, I am used to backpacking through hostels. These lodges all had wifi and full bars/restaurants. If Could do it all over again I wouldn't change anything although when I go back I will likely spend more time in Masai Mara. It is the largest park I visited and I felt like I barely scratched the surface. There I saw lions and cheetahs with cubs and a leopard stalking a gazelle. There are elephants and giraffes everywhere and there were hippos. We needed to go to Nakuru to see the rhino but might have been able to see it in Mara if we had spent more time. And then Amboseli had the most beautiful views of Kilimanjaro in the mornings. My best photo by far was an elephant family framed beautifully with Kilimanjaro in the background in the morning as I was leaving... #priceless

Credible, cost-effective, efficient 4-day Masai-Nakuru UPGRADE Landcruiser transport and Luxe accon
Dennis is the man who does the organization really well! We took a 4-day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru private tour on a Landcruiser car and stayed in Lake Nakuru Lodge and Mara Sopa Lodge. We saw all the Big Five (and lots more) and had some exposure to a Masai community. From the initial touchbase communications, through deciding on the package, through tweaking of arrangements, payment options, and even decisions on upgrades, Dennis is there all the way through! We also had an awesome experience with driver, John, who has been very flexible and shared with us knowledge of the parks (he has done this for almost 20 years). Thanks again, Dennis for the flawless organization, competitive pricing, efficient communications, and the superb service by John our driver!

The director Dennis Solomon is a incompetent and is only worried about money. No respect.
I was super excited about the safari, and the lady who helped us book was so nice, even our driver to the safari was so nice. The issue was on the second day ( we did only two days one night), logistics was awful. We were told to meet the tour guide at 6 am only to find out, the tour we were suppose to be on left. We spent the next 45 mins in the safari searching for that said group, only to find out they were finished in the park, so we parted the park to return to Nairobi. We were suppose to spend three hours in the safari. All while my husband did not have a seat in the van ( over crowded) so he sat on the floor- literally where you put your feet. When we discussed this with the direct of baboon budget his response was; “ who told you you would have a seat, you can stand”, which was not of course what we paid for. After some time explaining his only response to our cristicms was, “ oh you people- I know people like you- you are just never sastified, you just want to complain and get money”. We were of course only relaying our complaints. We ( my husband and I) spent 520.00 usd ( 240 a person, plus surcharge for using debit machine), and spent less than three hours actually touring the safari. Logistics are awful and the director does not care about the costumer.

3-day safari in Masai Mara fantastic, day trips in Nairobi bit disappointing.
We booked our trips with BB Safaris on arrival in Nairobi. Our day trips in Nairobi to the elephant orphanage and giraffe centre were good and well worth the visit but the 1-day safari to Nairobi National Park was disappointing with a 'driver' rather than a 'guide'. Our 4 hour schedule was reduced to 3 hours with an unplanned, and quite frankly, unwanted visit to a snake centre. I didn't enjoy the day which is why I've scored 4 instead of 5.
However, our 3-day trip to the Masai Mara was outstanding! This was mainly through our guide (Patrick) being so expert in knowing where to find the animals and getting us the most amazing sights of animals in their natural habitat and family scenes unfolding in front of us as we watched enthralled. I am still buzzing from the experience!!
For a budget safari we felt we had a fantastic trip that was worth the money.

Disappointing - Would not recomend them to any of my friends.
Communication- Fair
Service- was pretty bad. they dont stick to the timings . On the day we were to leave from Nairobi to Masai Maara, we were quite appalled with the quality and cleanliness of the mini bus that we were driving to Masai Maara. When we were told that this would be the vehicle that we would go on the game drive , we politely refuse to take that vehicle considering the rough terrain that we would be covering as the Van was in really bad condition without propoer upholstery and bad seats.
when we insisted they had the vehicle changed to a slightly better one.
Day 1- Evening -on reaching MM ,our Tour guide (Fred) was not able to locate our lodge amidst the Savannahs and we aimlessly wandered for about an hour searching and then he decided that we would go on the game drive after which we will find the lodge.
Day-2 was the best day of the 3 day tour as we were on the game drive from morning to evening. Packed lunch was provided.
Day-3 : our schedule was to leave for another game drive from 630 to 830 am after which we were to drive back to Nairobi. However when the tour guide came to pick us up he said that there was some technical snag and the car battery was having problems. We hardly took off and the van stopped twice in the grasslands. We then suggested that he go to the mechanics available in the town to which he agreed and after a 40 mt drive we reached the place but none of them were available. it was already 820 by then and he quitely filled petrol and said that he suggests that we skip the drive as we would reach Niarobi only between 7pm-9m if we went for the drive. We agreed to that as we were a bit concerned about the Vehicle giving way in the middle of the Savannahs with animals around us.
Little did we know that this was a ploy by the tour operators as half way through on our way back to Nairobi , the guide stopped for lunch and after lunch he told us that there would be a change in plan and that we had to move into another car which was parked beside ours and that the passengers in that car would travel in the vehicle we came from MM and we would go to nairobi in their car.
at that point of time we actually wondered how could they take them on a game drive if the van had technical snags (stoppped at least 3 times in Masai Maara when we started the game drive)??
It was just a pretext used by these guys as they needed the car by noon to make the swap.
Overall - Althoguh i would want to visit MM again , i would not take another package with them as their service was quite disappointing and would not recomend them to any of my friends.

Excellent experiences in Kenya and Tanzania
Everything went smoothly since our arrival. They received us at the airport and drove us to hotel on the first night. The next day we met Dennis, who explain us every single part of our contracted program, so no doubts appeared. After that we started our trip and at this moment we knew Ambrose: the pearl in the ocean! Magnificent road trip and great Safaris, in which Ambrose ran through the savannah to find and show us all the Big 5, and explained us everything we asked (he also was studying birds, so he could explain more). Brilliant guide/driver, well worthy hiring (even though he only makes Kenya trips)
We do recommend these people, as our experience has been absolutely amazing.

this company has reasonable price & good guide
I chose this company because of my friend.
She used this company and she was satisfied 100%! And so I am!
I already had Serengeti safari so I had low expectation but wowww.. I was wrong!
First of all, the guide was really funny and full experienced man that he drove really fast but safely ;-)
We didnt miss one little thing compare to other tour teams.
We were really lucky that we saw Big 4.5 (It was really hard to see hippos. We saw it but honestly it was pretty far away that I can tell I saw Big 4.5 but actually, other companies had same situation!)
Food and tent were also very good.
The place we stayed was pretty close to the park so we didnt waste of our time on the road to the park.
The local people around the tents, they would guide you for free.
We give them some money but it was nice to see them not to ask / force any money guide around their place.
Anyways. my 2 nights 3 days were really enjoyable.
The safari tour fee is really reasonable that I compared to many other companies but here was the best.
If you are not looking for a luxurious safari, I think Baboon budget is all good!
Trust me and contact Dennis!
