Quality service and communication
I used Benson Safaris in 2017 when my wife and I did a safari in Tanzania. I told her I wanted to bring the kids some day when there were older. Well that was in Dec. of 2024. I was so happy with Benson Safaris that I reached out to use them again. Benson Safaris did a great job of communicating prior to the trip and the trip itself was grand. The two guides we used (one in Kenya, Edmund, and one for Tanzania, Lebetas) were knowledgeable, courteous and fun. We requested 4 out of 5 star accomodations and the places where we stayed were great. High marks all around.

Outstanding experience!
Benson Safaris was highly recommended to us by a friend--and he was absolutely right. From the first email to Benson, asking about the safari options, to the last day--when he came to see us off and gift us amazing local coffee beans--working with Benson Safaris has been a wonderful experience. As we were planning the trip, they worked closely with us to fit our requests for animals to see but also stay within our budget. Their planning was outstanding--and made the trip so incredibly easy for us. As soon as we exited the airport in Tanzania, our driver (Zab) greeted us warmly and provided us with all the necessary information for the next few days.The 3 days at the park were incredible: Zab shared with us his knowledge about the animals we were seeing, their habits and habitats, stopping along the way for as long as we needed to 'soak' up the views. The accommodations Benson had chosen were excellent: we stayed in the parks, having animals right outside our bungalow or our tent. This was a trip that was not high on our bucket list: but Benson travel and Zab in particular made it the best (and easiest!) trip we have ever taken. Because of their professionalism and exceptional service, we are already planning our next visit to Tanzania. And, as expected, Benson Travel (and Zab!) will be the tour operator we will choose.

one had the feeling he Knew all three parks like the back of his hand. and spotted Animals that we would have never seen
he also had the talent of knowing where to be at the right Time and always managed to manover so that we always
had a place in the first Row,this was incredible when you are competing with many other travel companys but he was clearly
one of the more respected guides.
