Johann felt like a friend than a tour operator
Johann made our entire experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we booked, his prompt communication and friendly support made us feel welcomed and excited, even before we arrived. During the trip, the thoughtful touches like wine and handwritten notes made our honeymoon feel incredibly special.
We had a few unexpected travel challenges beforehand, and Johann went above and beyond to personally meet us, check in, offer assistance and advice, and even organise dinner reservations to help ease the stress.
Exceptional service and a fantastic tour 10/10. We highly recommend Johann and this tour company to all our friends and family!

Fantastic experience
David worked so hard to put together a trip that met our time, interests and budget. He was wonderful in communicating with us before and during the trip. Take his advice and do the Sandwich Harbor Dune Tour! One note of advice: do not rent a Suzuki Jimny, upgrade to a better car. I recommend this company to everyone!

Johann made my trip to victoria falls a memorable and smooth sailing one. He was responsive, even on weekends. I liked that the tour details were on a app instead of pdf format, which was a much clearer and easier way to access. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service, Reliability and Local Expertise
We recently returned from an unforgettable journey through Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and South Africa, and working with Jangwa Tours & Safaris was one of the best travel decisions we made.
From the very beginning, communication was excellent. Johann took the time to understand what kind of trip we were looking for and helped us put together an itinerary that perfectly balanced landscapes, wildlife, culture and relaxation. The result exceeded our expectations.
What truly stood out, however, was the service during the trip itself. As anyone who travels frequently knows, things do not always go according to plan. During our journey we experienced several flight cancellations and schedule changes, and even had to rearrange part of the itinerary due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. Every single time, Johann and the Jangwa team were proactive, responsive and solution-oriented. Instead of becoming stressful, these situations were handled smoothly and professionally.
One particularly memorable example was a change that led us to spend a night at an astronomy farm in Namibia. It ended up being one of the highlights of the entire trip, allowing us to experience one of the most spectacular night skies we have ever seen. Turning potential problems into memorable experiences is a rare skill, and Jangwa consistently demonstrated it.
The accommodations, activities, transfers and local partners were all carefully selected and of excellent quality. Throughout the trip we felt well looked after while still having the freedom and flexibility to enjoy the adventure at our own pace.
In terms of value for money, reliability, local knowledge and overall service, Jangwa Tours & Safaris delivered on every level. Our trip was filled with incredible memories: the Namib Desert, the Okavango Delta, Chobe National Park, Victoria Falls and Cape Town, and it was reassuring to know there was a highly professional team behind the scenes making everything work.

Excellent Tour of Namibia
We had a great experience with Jangwa Tours planning our safari in Namibia. This was our first time in Africa (two women traveling by ourselves), and we were not exactly sure what we were looking for and what to expect :) Johann tailored an amazing itinerary for us, which took us to the most incredible places we didn't even know existed! All the lodges and activities that he had booked for us were top notch!
We also appreciated timely responses and support before and during our trip, answering all questions, small or big.
We are ecstatic we chose Namibia as our "Africa introduction country", and we are very happy that we used Jangwa Tours and Safaris to help us plan this unforgettable adventure.
