Well trusted: amazing experience for our honeymoon
Our Italian Travel Agent decided to rely on them to organise our 13 days honeymoon across Kenya. An amazing choice! Our tour included: arrival in Nairobi and overnight, shared safari: 2 days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha, train to Mombasa and relax at Diani Beach. All the accommodation chosen were superb: comfortable, nice local inspired architecture, rich buffets for the meals and big and cozy rooms. The drivers for the private transfers were always on time, driving safely and providing a nice journey. The guide (Lewis) during the safari was the best added value to our trip: sharing so many info about the animals and the local culture and traditions, matching the programmes of the different travellers (shared safari may also mean that you stay in different accommodations and have different activities included - important to consider) and looking always to make us happy giving the best advice. Faith and the team coordinating everything from the office were always helpful, quick in answering and also caring in checking how we were doing during the trip. We would contact them again to organise our next safari!

Very responsive and provided the information I requested every time.
Good value for money. My safari trip was great from beginning to end. I traveled solo and had a wonderful experience. There were a couple of slips that were easily resolved by the team and with a 9 hour difference, it really made a change to have a team who could help me sort out every detail instead of me doing it alone from my country of origin. Every part of the safari was worth it. My tour guide was amazing. I learned a lot ans enjoyed the 4 game drives I had. Amboseli lodge was lovely. Thank you!

A dream safari in Amboseli
Our guides/drivers were great. A different program every day of our 3-day stay.

We had an amazing time in Africa! Our tour was organized exactly as promised, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotels were fantastic, the price was perfect, and the all-inclusive resort made our stay completely stress-free.
A special thanks to Edith—we would choose her again and again for any future trips to Africa. And our driver, Chris, was outstanding! During our 6-day trip, we felt incredibly safe and well taken care of.

My friends and I ,6 people, booked a tour with Ruphina, 7 days 6 nights, with 4x4, during the chinese national holiday. The travel experience is very good, mainly for the following reasons: the driver is very experienced, the travel agency describes truthfully, deals with integrity, and the travel agency reception staff will make reasonable suggestions to us.

Wonderful safari life for my family
Wonderful safari life for my family
My wife, 5 years old boy, 2 years old girl and I visit Kenya and did 8 days Safari.
That was so nice safari and everything is adhered to all our wishes. We believe Kenya Safari Arcade is best Safari tour company in Kenya. I negotiate several company with my plan. Most company provide us a very good rate. However, Kenya Safari Arcade give us amazing price. I did not believe at that time.
However, they give us a hotel upgrade and private car tour for my family.
At first, we visit Mt. Kenya and stayed Serena Mountain Lodge. At this park, there are no game drive. But, we can see all animals from the hotel. This hotel face to water. Every animal come to drink water. This hotel has kids room and hotel staff take care of my kids during parents walking safari. All foods are so nice for my family. The hotel provides my kids a special menu. We are very satisfied all service.
Second day and 3rd day, we stayed Kenya Safari Arcade give us hotel upgrade to Ashnil Samburu. This is also very nice hotel. It located river and Elephant comes to drink water by the hotel. We can see big animals from hotel room.
Safari Driver also gives us a amazing experience during Safari tour. We request big 5 and rare animal. Driver always contact another driver and he realize us to have all requested animals. My kids really want to see a moment of hunting scene. Car driver fulfilled all our wishes.
4th day, Kanya Safari Arcade upgrade hotel again to Sweetwater’s Tented Camp.
It is so wonderful that I cannot express it by words. Car driver also guide us a fighting scene of rhinoceros and also take us a rhinoceros place that we can touch rhinos. Our kids were so exciting at that time.
At 5th day, we stayed Navisha Sopa lodge. Car driver provide us a boat safari. It takes 2 hours’ boat safari and we can get many Hippos.
6th and 7th day, this company upgrade Basecamp Masai Mara.
I cannot say anything about it. So wonderful, so nice and so amazing. Everything is over our expecting.
Few years ago, ex US Mr. President Obama stay this hotel too. All rooms are located face of river and in the jungle. At night time, many Carnivorous beast comes around the room. But, do not worry about this. Masai warrior guard all night time long. We can relax and sleep very well. At morning time, Awakened by the barks of lots of birds.
Masai hotel staffs provide a wonderful service include laundry and foods. We believe this is the best hotel at Masai Mara.
Kenya Safari Arcade gives us a free hotel upgrade.
We are fully recommending this company. I guarantee you will be 100% satisfied after Safari.
Minus point that we have, car is old and not 4wd. Sometimes, stack at bad road.
This is only one minor minus point.
If you need good price (reasonable), good service, nice game drive and good accommodation. We are fully suggesting you Kenya Safari Arcade.

8-Day Safari to Amboseli and Diani.
Our first family safari was nothing short of unforgetable. From the start, this tour company removed all the stress and anxiety of planning an 8- day trip to Amboseli and Diani and transformed it into an incredible experience we will treasure forever.
Edith went above and beyond to adjust our budget while still delivering outstanding service. Our guide, David, was exceptional and knowledgeable. He shared fascinating imsights about wildlife and made every game drive special. The most magical moment was when he expertly positioned the vehicle so we could witness and photograph a mother lion and her cubs crossing the road to get a feed; a moment we had waited two days for and will never forget.
The team' s communication was prompt and reassuring especially when transport plans needed adjusting. This safari exceeded all my expectaions and created lifelong memories. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Amazing Safari and Wonderful Team!
Our experience was nothing short of amazing! Faith was extremely helpful and responsive to our booking requests and questions and made sure everything was scheduled and sorted. Our guide, Dedan, was an expert and was very kind throughout our entire tour. Dean was very knowledgeable and extremely skilled at spotting all types of animals on our Safari. Highly professional and personable experience.
We were a group of 11 people (6 adults, 5 kids) and the team at Kenya Tulia Safari Arcade managed to handle our Safari booking request in a very professional manner. We booked to stay at Kilima tented camp to do a 3-day safari in Amboseli national park. The transport from our accommodation in Nairobi to the camp was punctual and smooth and we got to enjoy travel in two landcruisers for our big group.
The three days of Safari were a special and wonderful experience thanks to the very welcoming and generous staff at Kilima camp and especially to our two drivers and guides Peter and John. Peter and John drove and guided us through the park, spotting the most hidden animals with their bare eye and generously sharing their extensive knowledge about the local flora, fauna and history with our group, all in a very calm and professional manner. They accommodated our group by being very flexible with game drive timings and making sure every tour member, big or small, had an optimal experience and left with unforgettable memories.
