Could do better
4 Day Masi Mara & Lake Nakuru
Communication in booking was ok, payed deposit and balance on arrival, some questions asked wasn’t answered or content missing.
The first half of our trip was great the second part not so great, the pick up was ok as we meet at the organised place, we had Joseph as our driver who drove for 4 hours had a lunch stop then another 3 hrs to our camp, this was as expected, apart from no running cold water was ok, our game drives from here went well with Joseph giving information during these.
When it was time to leave for our next destination (lake Nakuru) this was roughly 100km but the route taken was far more taking almost 8hrs with a lunch stop and pick up passengers that were also from our same camp.
We changed drivers during the lunch stop, our new driver Edu was extremely erratic almost crashing on numerous occasions, we finally arrived at our hotel where the driver gave no information about what times to meet or any details to help out.
After dinner the driver finally gave us info at 10pm for a meet up at 6:30 to check out and take our game drive at lake Nakuru.
When we arrived at the gate the driver informs us that he forgot to purchase the tickets for entry and they wouldn’t accept cash, so we had to pay for ourselves and the other passengers or we wouldn’t be going, the driver gave us the cash for this but not all as he never had enough change!
During the drive he never gave any information and was speeding around not stopping long when needed, and kept moving the vehicle when we were trying to take photos.
When we left we thought we was heading back to Nairobi as this was our agreed place for drop off, except we went in the opposite direction to pick up more passengers even though there wasn’t enough seats, so one had to sit on a cool box.
After this on our way to Nairobi we crashed into the back of another jeep as he was going to fast in the wet! After this the driving never changed almost crashing another couple of times. When we finally arrived in Nairobi after driving round for 45mins, we kept trying to get info as we had a flight to catch and others had their destinations to get to.
Our agreement was drop off at the collection point and given a time to arrange flights, if I’d had followed these we would of missed our flight due to the extra time spent travelling around rather than going direct to our locations.
I had to call the head office about this while still being driven round Nairobi as the driver was laughing about the situation.
I wouldn’t recommend these as I’m sure some of the journeys could have been a lot shorter giving more time to relax before taking drives and allowing a less stressful time for all.
This wasn’t the experience we was expecting after all that had been payed out

Everything was amazing
Amazing Kenya Safari Adventure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My recent 7-day safari in Kenya was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we left Nairobi to explore the Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli, every day was filled with incredible wildlife experiences and breathtaking landscapes.
Highlights of the trip included witnessing two lionesses skillfully hunting a young warthog, seeing a curious baby giraffe approach me just a few meters away, and spotting five cheetahs in Amboseli, which were even larger than the ones I had seen in Maasai Mara! The safari guides were knowledgeable and attentive, making sure we felt safe while getting the most out of each park.
Beyond the wildlife, I loved the serene landscapes, sunsets painting the savanna in pink and dark red hues, and the peaceful moments near the lakes. The combination of nature, adventure, and cultural encounters made this journey truly special.
I highly recommend this safari for anyone who wants to experience the raw beauty of Kenya, get close to wildlife, and create memories that will last a lifetime!

Extremely enjoyable safari trip
My partner and I recently returned from a safari in Kenya and Tanzania, and we had an absolutely wonderful time! The trip exceeded our expectations and created memories we will cherish forever.
A huge part of this success was our guide and driver, Walter, who was truly exceptional. Walter went above and beyond to ensure we saw the animals in every part of the parks. His extensive knowledge of the wildlife and the terrain, combined with his dedication to giving us the best viewing opportunities, was simply outstanding. We felt incredibly comfortable and safe with him throughout the journey.
The entire trip was managed flawlessly. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the experience without any worries.
Food & Accommodation:
The food throughout the safari was very good, often featuring a variety of delicious meals that were perfect after a long day of game drives. The accommodations were, for the most part, very nice and provided a comfortable place to rest. The only minor critique is that the accommodation in Arusha could have been a little better compared to the high standard set everywhere else.
Overall, this was an unforgettable safari adventure. We highly recommend this company and, especially, guide Walter for anyone considering a trip to Kenya and Tanzania!

Booking this safari was the fulfillment of a dream we both shared, a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Booking this safari was the fulfillment of a dream my fiancée and I always shared, and everything turned out absolutely perfect. From the clear and friendly communication, the excellent service, and the great value for money, to the reliability and the unforgettable tour itself — it was beyond our expectations.
A special mention to Thomas, our driver and guide, who was simply amazing, to Jeffry, who helped us so much and truly made the whole experience the best it could be, and to Kennedy, who guided us through the booking process and made sure our reservation and details were perfectly taken care of.
We couldn’t be more grateful for this once-in-a-lifetime journey.

Great tour operator
We had a great safari experience in Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East. We saw a lot of animals and stayed at really nice hotels. The guide was always perfectly on time and did a great job spotting all the animals. All of this for a competitive price.
The communication with the tour operator was very good, my emails were always immediately answered.
Would recommend!

Once-in-a-lifetime experience: 5-day safari in Tsavo East+West plus Amboseli
We (2 persons) have started to plan our safari only a few weeks before departure and luckily detected safaribookings.com; received offers that matched the indicated fix dates and rough ideas.
All offers really sounded good and reasonable and we received them very quickly.
We went on with the offer by Bienvenido tours and did not regret. The communication went well, we were picked up on time, our tour guide Michael spared no effort to give us the best possible experience in terms of game sights.
A really nice trip!
If there is anything I would suggest to improve, it would be: enable a higher partial amount to be paid by credit card in advance (instead of cash).
Guide Michael is to be recommended!

Extremely reliable
My family of 5 had a fantastic experience with Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris, all the way from booking the tour, being picked up from our hotel, enjoying an excellent 6 day Safari, and being dropped off at Nairobi Airport afterwards. Our tour guide, Jackson, was second to none. Extremely knowledgeable, explaining in great details about the animals we were seeing, and very kind and reassuring. He really made us feel relaxed, so that we could sit back and enjoy the experience. Thank you Jackson, thank you Kennedy (the organiser), and thank you Bienvenido, for a breathtaking and highly memorable experience.

Unforgettable – The trip was unforgettable, filled with amazing sightings and warm hospitality.
From a Travel Enthusiast’s Perspective
As an avid traveler, I’ve explored many countries, but my safari with Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris will remain one of the highlights of my life.
Our guide Mr. Joffrey was the soul of the trip. His fatherly guidance and unmatched experience made sure we didn’t miss a single sight. From witnessing the migration of wildebeests, spotting lions, elephants, rhinos, hippos, zebras, and even a leopard on a tree, to watching countless species of birds around Lake Nakuru and Naivasha, every moment was an adventure. And then Amboseli left us speechless—six cheetahs together, herds of elephants, and Mt. Kilimanjaro standing tall in the background.
The accommodations added charm to the journey—Miti Mingi Camp’s homely meals, Buraha Zenoni’s luxurious welcome, Leisure Apex’s relaxing comfort, and the unbeatable experience at Niyati Camp in Amboseli, where we had Kilimanjaro in front of us and the Milky Way above us.
Warm & Personal Style.
Our Africa journey wasn’t just about the safaris — the food made it extra special too. At every stop, we were welcomed with flavorful meals that felt both homely and indulgent. The beef dishes stood out the most; prepared in multiple ways, they gave us a true taste of Kenya’s hospitality. Every meal was a joy and added to the magic of our trip.
A big shout-out to Mr. Kennedy for his flawless coordination, even helping us with our onward journey to Mombasa. This wasn’t just a safari—it was a seamlessly curated lifetime experience.

Amazing wildlife experience
We got picked up early in the morning in Nairobi for our 2-day Masai Mara safari during the great migration. Every went well en the communication with the tour operator was very good. When we arrived at the accommodation we got lunch and after lunch we checked in for our tent. The tent was pretty decent and you have your own bathroom which is pretty descent for a budget tour. After checking in and relaxing for a bit we went for our first game drive in the Masai Mara, it was amazing, everywhere you looked you saw herds of wildebeests, loads of zebra's, impala's, some elephants, buffalo's, Lions and a lot of other animals. When we came back at the accommodation we found out that on the 2-day tour we only had a few hours on the second game drive the next day and that we wouldn't go to the iconic river the next day so we asked our driver Okindo if we could extend our safari by one more day. He immediately started calling the office and everything was arranged very quickly because of the great communication.
The next day we had a very early breakfast and after that we left the accommodation to go on our second game drive, again we saw the most amazing sightings of animals. Everywhere you looked there were so many big herds of Wildebeests with zebra's, we also saw loads of giraffes, impala's, hartebeests, elephants, lions. At the end of the morning we went to see hippo's and crocodiles at a river and after that we had lunch.
After lunch we went to the river to hopefully see the migration cross the river, but after waiting for a total of more than a hour we decided to drive around in the park again because they just didn't cross unfortunately. It's sad that we didn't see the river crossing but it's nature and everything happens on natures terms but in the end I had one of the most impressive experiences of my life!
Okindo was a great tour guide with a lot of experience. He tried to make sure that everybody had the best time possible. He did amazing and the future groups that he has to guide are lucky having him as their guide.

Very good communication and accurate description of tour.
We did a quick 2 day tour of Amboseli in August 2025. Picked us up around 7:30am the first day in Nairobi, then about a 4-5 hour drive to a camp site near the park gate. There was one stop on the way for coffee and bathroom, at a touristy store / rest area. Upon arrival at camp, we got set up in our tent and then had lunch after. Overall campsite experience was great, there were power outlets and WIFI all working fine. There was also phone signal the entire time. The food provided at camp was also really good. Around 3:30-5:30pm there was a game drive on day 1, followed by Dinner around 7pm. Day 2 we had breakfast around 7:30am and from 8-10am went for a second game drive. After the game drive, we started the return to Nairobi with another stop for lunch (this time, lunch was not included). Driver stopped at a fancy store place with restaurant and bathrooms. By 5pm we were back in Nairobi on day 2. Overall it was amazing experience, and we got to see many zebras, elephants, giraffes, wildebeests, monkeys, but only 1 lion on the first day. It really depends on several factors. Also, the view from the campsite to mount Kilimanjaro is not guaranteed. First day it was cloudy and not visible at all. Second day was only partially visible in the early hours 7-8am, then it got cloudy again. There were also extra activities you could do, such as early morning walk day 2 with a Masai person outside the campsite and also visit a Masai village. Both of these were extras and cost about $20 USD per person each, we chose not to do it.
