Very nice guide, with a lot of knowledge about the animals and the area.
We had a very nice safari with Paradise & Wilderness. The accomodations were very comfortable. Everything was well organized. We had a lot of fun with our guide Deo. He did the best effort, so that we could get the best pictures of the animals. We saw the complete big 5, which made our safari unforgetable.

Poorly organised & we still haven't been refunded for cancelled activity
- Before the trip even started, communication (regarding payment & our pickup arrangement) with our booking agent was so terrible to a point where we suspected the legitimacy of this company.
- We had to chase our booking agent numerous times (payment has been made at this point) before he finally sent us a pickup driver's contact details
- Before we departed, we sent the pickup driver a message to confirm. He was surprised to hear from us as he wasn't aware of this pickup arrangement and said no-one had contacted him, nevertheless he still agreed to pick us up when we arrive (thank god).
- We we arrived, the pickup driver had no idea where to drop us off as he did not know anything about our itinerary. After many phone calls, he finally found out where we were staying and managed to drop us off at out accommodation. However he did not work for this company and it was still unclear why our booking agent had given us his details.
- the next day we found out one of our activities in Arusha wasn't booked and we had no idea until we arrived (after driving aimlessly for 2 hours).
- We requested for a refund for this cancelled activity as well as our accommodation for the night (as we wouldn't have booked accommodation for that night if it wasn't for the activity mentioned above).
- Staff agreed to refund the activity and suggested they would confirm with their management team and try to refund the accommodation, and promised to sort this out for us before our trip ends. We believe their words.
- After coming back from safari, we returned to Arusha for 1 extra day, We contacted the staff regarding our refund, they said they were still working on it.
- It's been a month since we are back from the trip, we have been contacting the company regarding this matter, and we have been ignored.
- It's been a really dodgy experience overall. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

Adventurous
We had a superb safari from beginning to end. Our questions before booking was answered, we were picked up on time, our guide and driver Suliman was knowledgeable, easy going and he made sure we got to see and experience maximum on the two days we had available. The place we stayed overnight was a dream. Memories for a lifetime.

Unforgettable.
On the 3th of october 2024 we went to Tanzania for safari and before and after that we stayed at Zanzibar in the reef &beach resort. We had a very beautiful time. Very good resort and very friendly people. It made our holidays unforgettable.

Amazing!
My 19yo son and I had a great time with our safari-guide Boni. He knew so much about all the animals and nature.
We stayed in great accomodations during the safari. We got wistles for the night, so we could blow the wistle at night if we were in trouble 😉
We have seen the Big 5 and a lot of other great animals.
Lunches were a great surprise every day, we loved it all.

Excellent safari through beautiful Tanzanian Wildlife parcs
We had a perfect safari in July 2024 with an excellent guide Deo through Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Sergengeti Parcs. So much beautiful wildlife we have seen and stories heard. And seeing the Big Five made it complete.
Only point of attention is the flight from Tanzania to Zanzibar. This is taking whole day for an 1 hour flight, this could be improved, we think.

Great experience for a once only trip
So. Don’t expect a room on arrival if you’ve travelled all night ! So tired ! But the staff are lovely and rooms are all you need. Food is plentiful in the main buffet but try the other restaurants.
Safari was amazing. The guides were exceptional. But this is not a trip for young children. A French family with a child that wouldn’t listen to the guides almost spoilt our whole trip. But. Overall a great experience.
