Tour Addo Elephant Park
Personal, professional and attentive to details, this tour orchestrated an amazing adventure! Went to Addo Elephant Parka while ago and it truly was terrific. Our tour guide Benji was amiable, very knowledgable, organised and humorous. I strongly recommend. Our trip was absolutely amazing and definitely ‘an experience of a lifetime’!

Trip of a lifetime!
This was our first visit to South Africa as a couple. Our trip took us from rural untouched beaches in the eastern cape to an unforgettable camping experience within The famous Addo Elephant park. We also enjoyed the upmarket holiday spots of Plettenberg bay and then along the garden route down to Magical Cape Town. Benjamin shared an informative history of South Africa as we travelled, and we had incredible sightings of lion in Addo who had just finished eating a meal of Zebra. He was calm and collected traveling on epic roads and over mountain passes and even helped us catch our first fish. It felt personal and tailored to exactly what we wanted.. plus we laughed a lot!! Thanks to Siya Phambile, this was a trip we will remember forever!

South Africa - Cape Town trip for the books
I hade a great experience with Ben as my guide in Cape Town and the Garden Route. We went all around CT, we went to Table Mountain, Boulders Beach, Constantia Valley and more. We hade a super nice time and it was a great to see SA with africa-customised and Ben as our guide. Hope to do one more trip with them soon.

It was an amazing trip. They did a perfect job. The service was perfect and the guide called Ben was really good. He made a nice breakfast in the morning, a good lunch in the afternoon and a good meal in the evening. He was great in finding all kinds of animals. He made out dream come true and even more...

Swaziland and Lesotho Road Trip to Remember
Brilliant service from start to finish. Fab place to visit and as we had a relatively short time we managed to see so much. Well planned itinerary, first rate guide who made all the difference. Having taken self drive trips in the past I wish we had used Siya Phambile before, we could have avoided car hire issues, wrong turns and hotels that disappoint ! Already planning our next trip. It was a wonderful introduction to many aspects of South Africa and South African life.
Benjamin was excellent at communicating with us and devised an itinerary that matched our wishes.
