First Safari, Saw It All
Seasoned traveler, only my second tour, and first safari. I chose Good One Tours through safaribookings.com because at the time, they were the only ones offering anything longer than 6 days. I selected their posted 8-Day safari, was able to swap out the cultural village tour day for a walking safari in Arusha National Park, and was pleased with the discounted quote - which I paid in advance in two installments using their secure Pesapal online payment system. In trying to prepare the best I could, Gadiel was always quick to answer questions saying everything was provided - which was not always the case. On arrival, my hotel had changed...as the provided itinerary states is a possibility, and Gadiel came to the hotel to explain my itinerary had also changed - based on grouping me with another tour company that was leaving the following day with room for a solo traveler visiting Tarangire, 3-days in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater (which were the safari highlights and would have been sufficient), and Lake Manyara National Park - which I currently do not recommend due to climate change rising waters of the lake, loss of grasslands, and slash and burns happening all over the park to recreate habitat for the minimal animals seen. Otherwise, I spent only two days with Good One Tours and Martin was definitely the highlight as my guide and driver for Arusha National Park, Napuru Waterfalls, and return to JRO airport. He was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely interested in connecting and sharing with me on numerous levels beyond my just being another customer. He was not constantly on his phone, trying to pass me off to strangers, attempting to 'witness' debate me about Christianity and religion, and I never would have made it to/from Napuru Falls without his help navigating the said "30-minute walk" with undisclosed steep trail, slippery rocks, and crossing a rushing stream at least 7 times. He has a resilient passion for people and being the best guide and host possible. For the payment system and Martin, I can recommend Good One Tours but be prepared for 'luck of the draw' to what you finally get once there. Even with the worst of inconveniences, it's still a 5-star experience and just another part of the adventure.

Beware and Save yourself! Gadiel of Good One Tours/Come Africa Safaris is a CON as per our experience
If you value your money, time, and sanity, stay away from Gadiel . Our “dream” safari turned into a 9-day disaster thanks to his lies, last-minute changes, zero communication, and constant demands for more money – even after we paid in full and had a signed itinerary from him.
He skipped destinations everyday, downgraded lodges without warning, delayed payments to lodges, and destroyed the very essence of our safari experience. Tarangire? Skipped. Ngorongoro? Shortened unless we paid extra. Manyara? Never happened. Lodges we paid for? Replaced with substandard options.
Traveling across Africa, Asia, and South America for wildlife, we’ve never encountered such blatant disregard for a customer and theft disguised as “tour operating”. Gadiel gives Tanzanian tourism a bad name and should be banned from the industry. We have all proof of his devilry and are pursuing this with relevant Tanzanian authorities.
Spread the word – don’t let others fall into this trap. The company’s name should have been “WORST ONE TOURS”

Avoid
I relied on the operator for a horse safari in Arusha National Park. Unfortunately, the operator did not take any step towards actually organising it. On the day, there were no horses ready for us. The operator insisted we would have to pay a high additional amount for the horses, despite all fees and transportations being explicitely included in the bill we already paid. After suggesting to substitute the horse safari with a walking safari, he as well asked us to bear the extra costs of the walking permit, despite the fees being covered by the tour proposal and the disaster with the horses. In all of this, the operator maintaned an extremely unapologetic and at times aggressive attitude, which felt very out of place considering the terrible organisation. AVOID

We booked a three-day, two-night safari with him, paid a 30% deposit (€800), and haven't heard from him since. He didn't show up this morning for our meeting at the airport either, so we had to buy plane tickets at the last minute and find a new safari in Arusha! We are taking legal action today against this company and Mr. Gadiel Nassary, our contact person!!

Exceptional experience!
Our safari experience was fantastic. The guides were knowledgeable about the animals and their lives, always explaining things in detail. The safari truck was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated communication throughout the reservation process. Gadiel’s morning check-in call before our tour started was a nice. Overall, it was an exceptional experience!

I was scammed by this operator and visited Arusha tourist police to make a report in January 2026.
According to Arusha torist police, they have been chasing Mr. Gadiel from Good One Tour for long.
This company never paid hotel and guide company.
A part of tour wasn’t arranged and I couldn’t get service though I already paid.

Unforgettable Safari Experience with Good One Tours!
From start to finish, our experience with Good One Tours was nothing short of amazing. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and local culture. Everything was so well organized — from the airport pickup to the accommodations and game drives, we felt taken care of every step of the way.
Our guide was fantastic — super passionate, patient, and had an incredible eye for spotting animals we never would have seen on our own. We saw the Big Five and so much more, and we learned a ton about the ecosystem and conservation efforts in the area.

Excelent
had the opportunity to enjoy an incredible 6-week safari across some of Tanzania’s most iconic destinations: the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park, and Lake Manyara. Each park offered unique landscapes, breathtaking wildlife encounters, and unforgettable moments.
What made the experience even more special was our driver and guide, Joseph. He was excellent throughout the entire journey — knowledgeable, professional, and always attentive to our needs. His experience and passion for wildlife made every game drive fascinating, and thanks to him, we were able to spot so many animals and learn about their behaviors and habitats.
