A great guide, Kessy!
We climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro on the 8-day Lemosho route. Thanks to the great guides and team members, we were able to climb up to Uhuru Peak and were very satisfied with the tour content.
I especially want to say thank you to our guide Kessy. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable and competent as a guide. I think it is rare to find a guide like him who can surely build a trusting relationship with his guests through conversation during the climb. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro!

I arrived in Tanzania on Sunday 23 February, and had a plan but nothing booked. The next day I got a business card from someone at a local supermarket in Moshi who organised a hike up Kilimanjaro and safaris. I checked online that evening and made contact and booked a hike that started 2 days later. The hike via the Marangu route was an unforgettable 5-day experience. Led by guide Rama and with the help of great cook Goodman and helper Luca, it was excellently organised. I reached the top and am richer in experience. Thanks for that! When I got back, I indicated that I also wanted to do a safari and that was quickly arranged. The safari to Maswa Game Reserve, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater was also excellently organised with delicious meals and a guide who made sure that we saw all the animals and drove beautiful routes. Thanks again! In short, book with these people and you will have a great time!

Taking on Kilimanjaro with a 10 year old
Took a private tour with my 10 year old son. Kwesa tours provided the best guides in Tuliza and Geofrey who cared for us all along. They were both knowledgeable and very flexible and sought to find the best solution given my son’s low age. The food and services provided was top notch and we were very well cared for with hot tea, snacks, warm water for washing etc. Unfortunately we didn’t make it to the summit due to my son not coping with the altitude on the fifth day and had to be evacuated from the mountain. Tuliza and Geofrey knew what to do and acted quickly and forcefully by hastily carrying him down until he recovered.

Professional and well organized!
I both went to a 5-day safari and a 2-day trip to Kilimanjaro, Marangu waterfalls and Chagga caves with Kwesa Tours. The service was absolutely excellent from all of the staff that I met during my trip. Especially from Teacher and Yassin, who helped me arrange everything. During the 2-day trip we also stayed at a hotel close to Kilimanjaro, which was of very good quality. I was surprised by how well organized everything was. I had Teacher as a mountain guide, which I really recommend. He was professional and knows how to create a good atmosphere in the group, besides having a great knowledge about every detail of the Mandala Hut. I think about climbing all way up next time and will definitely choose Teacher as a guide.
Before the safari-trip I mostly had contact with Yassin and everything went very smoothly. His sense of service and knowledge about the trips made them easy to plan. When my boyfriends' flight was delayed, Yassin managed to re-arrange the taxi and everything so that we did not miss anything of the safari. Since his bags came even more late, Yassin arranged so that we could get the bags back. He did all of this re-arranging with a smile. We noticed how much time and effort Yassin put in making our experience the best. So even before the safari started we were extremely happy with the excellent service. The safari was amazing and so was the guide and cook. The guide helped us see The big five (!) and respected all of our wishes.
Overall, me and my boyfriend would absolutely recommend Kwesa Tours. I could not be happier for these amazing experiences, which were made possible thanks to the professional staff. Thank you!

Very well organised tour of Usambara and Tanga regions.
Our tour of Coffee farm on bottom slopes of Kilimanjaro, and visit to Kilimanjaro Base camp were photography tours. The we drove to Lushoto and Bumbuli on Usambara and had great time staying at Mullas. We then drove to Tanga and Pangani where we went to wonderful places. Car, driver, and accommodation were arranged by Kwesa Tours and we strongly recommend their excellent services

Excellent service on and off the mountain
Kwesa tours is been excellent value for money and whilst still feeling like a premium service. We did 7day Machame rotue where we were very well catered for. They keep you well fed on the mountain and the guides we had (Haji, Tuliza, Abu) were knowledgeable, professional and entertaining with good English. It was noticed we had a better ratio of guides than larger groups which was very useful.
The company also supported our time in Tanzinia outside of kilimanjaro by providing guides and travel into town and trips to the local hot springs which was appreciated.
