Truly amazing!
We had a 3 day safari with Jonah. He was awesome from the get go. Very personable and knowledgeable on the wild life. He had an answer for all of our questions and was constantly making sure we were doing ok. We learned a lot about the wild life and Swahili culture. Definitely feel like we made a new friend! I 100 percent recommend you book with professional safaris and request Jonah.

Great tour guide! Highly recommend!
We had the pleasure of getting a guide named Jonah, he was a wonderful/ knowledgeable tour guide whom answered our over 100+ questions throught the course of 3 days. He knew everything from the birds to the trees and what kind of fruit they produced along with the animals or course. What my wife and I really liked was that his English was very well because we’re from Mexico and our English isn’t the best so us understanding him helped a lot. We highly recommend him 10/10 and we will be booking him again when we come back to see the great migration (he told us about this to)

Serengeti and Ngorongoro/ Crater
Excellent service throughout. Jonas our Driver/Guide for the 3 day Safari was extremely helpful and displayed detailed knowledge about the area, the animals and birds. Jonas seemed to have a sixth sense when it came to finding and spotting animals. We saw numerous Lions & Cheatah’s with cubs, rhinos hippos along
with giraffe zebra wildebeest hyena to name but a few. An added bonus was a visit inside a Masai village. The accommodation was also excellent. William and his team were very attentive and helpful, especially with an early morning departure.
The whole trip was amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend your company.

Professional Safaris - BEST TOUR OPERATOR! Dream vacation!!! - 10 days safari in Tanzania
My brother and I decided to go on a 10-day safari in Tanzania. From a large number of tour operators, we picked Professional Safari Africa. We could not have picked a better tour operator!
The communication with Jesca and Medison was fast and flexible, both on email and WhatsApp. They created several itineraries for us that reflected our interests. One was better than the other. However, after agreeing on the itinerary and making the payment, the itinerary proved flexible, and we were able to make additional adjustments to our requirements. The safari was super organized. Professional Safari Africa took care of all permits and park entrances in advance, so we didn't have to wait long at any gate. They provided us with great accommodation throughout the Safari. Jesca and Medison always made sure everything was fine and were willing to help and assist at any time.
Our guide, Anthon, was a fully qualified expert on animal behavior, an excellent driver, and a great and funny companion on our vacation. He gave us a perfect explanation of all the animals and nature. Thanks to his skills, the whole safari was super and safe. He should be covered in gold! On a scale of 1 to 10, he would get an 11. Every day, he planned a great program, and we always ate a delicious lunch from our lunch boxes somewhere in the middle of the beautiful African nature.
After many years of experience, Anthon always knew where to find which animals. We saw the BIG FIVE! Thanks to Anthon, we saw everything we wanted to see and even more, which far exceeded our expectations! He was always in the right place at the right time for us to see extraordinary things! He always took us to the most interesting places! Anthon maintained the car perfectly and washed it every day, so the next morning the car was sparkling clean, as if it were new!
If you travel with Anthon, be sure to give him a good tip! He works hard to make your stay unforgettable!

Our safari guide was very knowledgeable, attentive to our wishes, and informative throughout.
We had an amazing safari experience! From the very beginning, our guide knew that our biggest wish was to see the big cats (cheetah, leopard, and lion) and he made it happen. We were even lucky enough to see babies of all three, which was truly unforgettable. He not only found them all, but also gave us detailed and fascinating information about their behavior, sleeping patterns, and feeding habits. In addition, we saw many other animals along the way, and he shared his deep knowledge about them too, which made every sighting even more special.
Our stay at Moyo Tented Camp was equally wonderful. We were warmly welcomed, enjoyed delicious food, and experienced great service along with singing and dancing in the evenings. At night, we could even hear lions and hyenas outside the tent, which was thrilling, yet we always felt completely safe and comfortable.
Overall, it was an unforgettable adventure that we can highly recommend!

well organized, perfect expirience - we highly recommend
We highly recommend Professional Safaris Africa if you are interested in a safari in Tansania.
We had a 3-day tour in Sep. 25 (Serengeti-Ngorongoro-Tarangire) with Anton. He is a real professional, highly motivated and well expirienced driver. He had an answer for all that we questioned during the tour, also with tons of background information about culture, history, people and animals. He is also a very expirienced mechanic. During our tour he managed to help three other drivers getting their Landcruisers back on the road so you can feel really safe having him as your guide.
All paperwork and preparations (we had to fly in & out from Sansibar) prior to our arrival were perfectly communicated and managed by Jesca. All camps and lodges are well organized, safe and clean. The food was great and they all offered a top view to catch a cold beer and end an exciting day.

Medi is a knowledgeable guide with incredible customer service

We contacted the Professional Safari Africa team and requested a quotation based on our needs. Medison was very helpful and accommodating throughout the planning process.
We departed from Nairobi and took a shuttle bus to Arusha, where our tour guide, Deo, picked us up. He was kind, attentive, and even reached out to us a week before our trip to ensure everything was in order.
Our itinerary was a 3-day safari covering Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara. We were able to see a wide variety of animals and birds. Deo shared many interesting facts, not only about the wildlife but also about Maasai culture. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.
Overall, we were highly satisfied with the tour and would wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Excellent and well organized trip
We went on a 3 day Safari trip from Zanzibar (Central Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro NP, Tarangire NP) and it was awesome. Professional Safari Africa did pretty well. The tour was well organized. Guide Jonas was excellent, he has vast knowledge about animals and very good eyesight. His English is almost perfect.
As for the wildlife, we saw the big 5 and more. Even pack of 4 black rhinos at Ngorongoro. Accommodation was good, food was good. Car had fridge with cold drinks and water. Also had power outlets to charge phones/cameras.
Communication with their staff was good, we talked on many occasions and they were really responsive.
The only nitpick here is the shortened last day. We could easily spend 1h more at Tarangire, maybe drive down to the river across lunch spot where elephants were drinking. But we left about 12:00 and arrived too early at the airport. But this did not ruin our experience, we saw all what we needed previously.

Great Safari and Excellent Guide
We took a two-day safari after a Kilimanjaro trek and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The price was competitive and communication and service throughout the booking process was perfect. The lodging and food was incredible. Finally our guide, Jonas, was an excellent driver and a wonderful guide and companion. We saw much more than we imagined at Tarangire and Ngorongoro and Jonas enriched the whole experience with his knowledge of the parks and wildlife. Book with Professional Safari and ask for Jonas!
