Superb!!!
Zambezi Expedition Travel & Tours did an outstanding job overall! We booked an 8-day trip that included Zimbabwe, Botswana and Zambia, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everything was arranged smoothly and professionally. When we encountered unforeseen circumstances, such as delayed flights and bad weather, they were very flexible. Mr. Oscar and Ms. Silence made sure that everything was rescheduled so we wouldn’t miss any of our preferred activities. Mr. Oscar (I believe he is the boss) even went out of his way to accompany us during the busiest day of our trip.
As it was our first time visiting the continent (2 females), we were so he grateful to have booked with them, as they made it an unforgettable experience. We felt well taken care of from start to finish and felt safe throughout our journey.

Thoughtfully crafted safari experience that provided amazing variety and took care of all the detail
From the time I contacted Silence and Oscar to inquire about their services, they communicated clearly and responded promptly, and provided information so as I could trust I was getting the experience I was looking for. Their service exceeded my expectations and my family of 5 had a once in a lifetime experience. We chose the Maun to Victoria Falls tour and each location was so special it was hard to choose our favourite. Our guide Francis was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to provide just the right touch to our experience. He is such a kind soul with passion for his work and by the end of the tour, our family was very sad to say goodbye to him. He helped us feel comfortable, safe and helped us trouble shoot our onward journey through to the Midlands of Zimbabwe. He really saw what my family needed in this experience and took care of all the details for us. He was a joy to be around. The accomodation provided along the way was very nice, especially Elephant Sands and Chobe Safari Lodge. The game drives were amazing and we absolutely loved the Mokoro boat ride and walk in the Okavango delta. This company incorporates the community services into what they provide so that the people of the land also benefit from the tourism. Botswana was so beautiful and teaming with wildlife, especially elephants and giraffes and impalas so there was something to see every corner we took. I would highly recommend choosing this company and location if you are after an amazing African experience with a company you can trust to make it a very memorable trip! Thank you Francis!

Our guide Frances took amazing care of us the whole trip. So professional and showed such an eye for detail. We learned so much from him because of the way he shared his knowledge with us. Fantastic!
Zambezi Expedition came across when I was searching for travel tours that can accomodate our African trip/adventure this month of April. Luckily, I was able to get in touch with Oscar who’s very accomodating and helpful even during the process of our Visa applications to Zimbabwe and Botswana even I haven’t completed the booking with them but he genuinely tried his best to help us with all the information that we need for the said trip. Our family trip went very smoothly and he gave us the best accomodation and experience. You can customize your trip and let him know about your budget as well and he won’t hesitate to help and give you good offers. Also, our tour guide in Zimbabwe, Francis was very informative and active during the entire trip. Zambezi Expedition deserves a 5-star overall rating! Smooth and Easy with fantastic guides
We enjoyed a fantastic tour in Chobe National Park, the guys at Zambesi tours had everything well organised and helped us with all border formalities. The guide in Chobe was extremely knowledgeable and fun to hang out with and the chef's food was delicious too. We just hope we can redo it sometime soon.

Reliable, honest and trustworthy
I really enjoyed working with Mr. Oscar. In addition to being polite and honest, he is very reliable, always arrived or sent a driver on time, all excursions and tours began and ended according to the program. We felt completely safe and were surrounded by care and attention. I will definitely come back again and address only Oscar. I recommend him and his company!

PERFECT in every way
Oscar and staff were wonderful to work with. They adapted to my never ending additions to the tour and made sure that all was in order for our "Trip of a lifetime". They responded to my questions and requests even in the night time. The accommodations, meals, transport, knowledge, and superb customer service, was beyond ANY we have experienced and we have traveled a lot. I am already planning my next adventure and will only contact Oscar and crew!
Don't be fooled by the low price of the adventures. Consider it like striking gold! The VERY best!

Oskar took great care of us for dinner cruise and zip lining!
During covid everyone was so slow during covid. Oskar said he would come right to our lodge and took total care of us...even offered us a personal dinner cruise!..they all were so attentive and we loved them all!

Excellent!
Oscar took good care of us throughout the journey. Although our budget was limited, he did his best to arrange the 9-day itinerary to the fullest. Despite the rainy season, we saw many animals in Chobe, including lions. Our whole family enjoyed the trip very much!
