The contents of the program you experience are well organized
It was worth comparing and choosing different companies. Starting with the first day of the meal, the sand sliding at the Lodge Lodge, and the Dunn Big Daddy was so fun and thrilling that it was so close to the wall that you can't easily see seals and birds and whales driving down the endless beach. Absolutely the Best Tour I had in Africa! Don’t Hesitate to Book - seriously!
I did a six-dad Sossusvlei, Coast and Spitzkoppe tour with Tuhafeni, and I can confidently say it was by far the best tour I experienced during my trip through nine African countries. From start to finish, this company exceeded EVERY expectation.
Emilia my booking agent was incredible, responsive, efficient, professional, and warm. She made the booking process feel personal, listening to exactly what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions. We fine-tuned the itinerary together, and she made sure every detail was just right and exactly what I wanted to see. The price was more than reasonable compared to other companies I researched, so don’t let the affordability fool you. You get everything promised and more, nothing was skipped or rushed, the hotels were in beautiful locations, clean and delicious food.
From the moment I landed, Tuhafeni was there with a big, friendly smile. He patiently helped me sort out a SIM card and currency exchange with no rush, just great conversation and professionalism. Tuhafeni is honestly one of the best guides I’ve had anywhere in the world. He’s punctual, personable, extremely knowledgeable about his country’s history and funny and went above and beyond every single day to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. He took me to authentic, local spots so I could experience Namibia the way I requested, not tourist traps, but real, rich, cultural experiences. It felt like traveling with a good friend (and personal bodyguard!). Tuhafeni made sure I was safe, comfortable, and enjoying myself at all times, he even happily accompanied me to the mall and gem museum to do a little shopping and also random walks around the city.
During the tour, Emilia checked in several times to ensure everything was going well. That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated. This company’s focus on service is huge. I genuinely cannot recommend this company enough. If you’re visiting Namibia, book with them, no question. I’ll be telling everyone I know to use them, and when I return, I wouldn’t dream of touring with anyone else.

Amazing memories for a lifetime. Solo traveler
Not even the greatest words can describe my trip to Namibia. Being a solo traveler can be sometimes difficult, feeling safe and trust the agency when booking a tour. With People Tours and Safari, I had from the beginning that feeling of home and caring people. I started talking to Emilia about the tour and she was amazing. She was there all the time, giving me informations and updates about the tour and promptly answering all my questions. I knew from that moment I will be in good hands. I did the three days tour, Soussvlei Camping and Harbour bay. My guide, Leonard, made everything possible to enjoy those days at maximum. He is the best. Always looking out for me, making sure everything is in place and super friendly. We had to cover long distances, but that wasn't a problem as he had a lot of informations about the places we were driving in and generally a good mood that made me relax and take in all the beauty Namibia has to offer. The places where we ate were clean, people friendly and offering excellent food. We also had cold drinks in the car while driving. We spent two nights camping. The camping equipment was great and Leonard went above and beyond to make sure everything is ok and I am comfortable. I even had a plug in the tent to charge my electronics over night. It was the best experience of my life. Thank you Emilia and Leonard for making this happen! Thank you People Tours And Safari. I cannot recommend you highly enough!

Aina was attentive and professional from our first contact and provided an ideal itinerary for our first trip to Namibia. As I was traveling on my own with three children I was a little nervous but Aina made sure everything was perfect and the trip, accommodation and food far exceeded our expectations. Tuhafeni our guide was amazing and my kids loved him. He was patience and informative and great fun. I cannot fault any part of the booking process or the trip. Good company that provided excellent communication from the stage of booking through Emilia and a great tour guide through Leonard.

The tour operator was kind and really helpful.
They were very flexible and generous. Even when it's bit out of their scope, they were willing to help me.
Same goes to the tour guide. Any slightest issue occurred, he was eager to help me.
The accommodations and restaurants were also high quality. I had a wonderful experience.
