I was served by David of Trav Interactive when i asked for a quotation for Tsavo West. A comprehensive quotation came through rather swiftly. After I finalised with my go ahead, the entire booking process from SGR to the lodge and back was done seamlessly. I appreciated how David was direct and there was no beating around the bush. He also paid keen attention to my special dietary requirements and communicated this key detail to the lodge efficiently.

The most amazing experience!
I have never done any travel like this, but our guide, Chris, made us feel so safe. He made sure we were settled and comfortable at each hotel we stayed at. The hotels were amazing, too! All of the accommodations were above and beyond what I was expecting. As safari trips go, this was extremely affordable. Our guide, Chris, made sure that we saw everything we wanted to see and gave us an adventure of a lifetime! I wish we could have a Chris with us on ever trip! :)

Our guide for the week got nicknamed "Daddy Chris" for watching over us so well!
Group of six 30y/o women and we had a blast! Chris did a great job driving us around all week and making sure we were safe. He helped arrange things to make sure we got to do everything that our trip planners intended. Loved his Safari Rollercoaster driving! 2 girls stayed longer and reported he kept saying how the other 4 of us would have loved the extra excursions. Accommodations were all great (even if wi-fi was a struggle the last 2 places). Chris was punctual and waiting for us every morning. And he fought airport traffic to return and bring me my dropped phone from the truck before we made it through airport security!

Proactive , helpful and kind people that provide good value for money
We really enjoyed our Tsavo safari. John reacted swiftly and advised us on the different options. They offered the sharpest prices. When there was an issue with the accommodation, it was solved quickly. Man Eaters Lodge is located beautifully along the Tsavo river, where we saw elephants, hippo and a territorial crocodile, right from the lodge. The staff is ever so friendly. it is some 15 minute drive to Manyani Gate. Our driver was a very capable one and manoeuvred us around very well and thanks to him we were lucky enough to see many animals, including lions and buffalos, giraffes and endless number of elephants! We will definitely contact Trav-Interactive next time we go on safari.

The whole experience was excellent. From booking to the trip back to the hotel.
The booking process was easy, John took good care of us and eager to fulfill our wishes.

Trav-Interactive was attentive, responsive, and ensured our safety while planning a fantastic trip.
We were very happy with Trav-Interactive. For a few months, David helped us (we were with 3 kids: 15,14 and 10 years old) with planing and making our dream holiday come true. He took the time to discuss what we wanted to see, worked within our budget, and prepared a fantastic trip for us. We visited Nairobi, Mount Kenya National Park, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, Hell’s Gate, Tsavo East and West, and of course, Masai Mara and Amboseli, along with a few relaxing days at Diani Beach. We experienced everything from glamping to luxury hotels, and it was truly unforgettable. David also found a way to upgrade our hotels in Tsavo, and he added a personal touch by welcoming us with his wife when we arrived.

The tour operator was very kind and he was very informed about the wildlife.
We just came back from a safari in Tsavo and I can honestly say it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and excited for the adventure ahead.
The game drives were nothing short of spectacular. Our guide Amos from Trav Interactive was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife, which made every outing feel special. We saw some of the Big Five and so much more, including elephants playing in the mud. Each sighting was a moment of pure magic!

We used the services of the specific agency for our first safari in Kenya lasted 4 days in Masai Mara . I felt completely safe and calm as once I booked the safari, the agency was well responding to all of my requests or infos I may needed through what's up.
They were waiting for us in the airport to drive us in a hotel next to the company's office where we could freshen up before the beginning of our safari early in the morning .Also one of the best highlights of our trip was the driver of our jeep named David Capino( I hope I remember well his name).He did everything in his power for us to see more animals as close as it gets and also had a great knowledge in the African birds .We would pick him again if we return in Kenya ! Many thanks to Trav-Interactive agency for creating a great safari experience for us !
