The experience at Masai Mara park was amazing, notably thanks to the excellent service provided by the company and their guide/drivers Ben and Sayiale. Amazing safari with the best guide
We had an amazing 3-day Safari woththw best guide Juma. Juma was very kind and knew what animals we were most interested in so did his very best to find them and stop a little longer at the wildlife we loved most. We saw amazing animals from very close by! The lodges we slept in were also very nice and had a view on many elephants. The second nights we saw 2 elephants and an hyena from extremely close by while having dinner which was magical.
On the second day, the car unfortunately had some troubles which caused we would be unable to do our second gamedrive of the day, however Juma immediately ran to another guide and asked if we could join their gamedrive so we would've had the best experience while the mechanic took a look at and repaired the vehicle. We loved that extra effort from him! All in all, we had the best best best experience!

Proactive and supportive
I participated in the one-night Masai mara package.
I made a reservation about two weeks left before departure, and I chose it because they offered me the fastest and most actively.
Our choice was "Mara Engai 1 night with return flight" and we were satisfied with it.
Compared to the companies that offered various proposals, it was best in terms of price. The following are the good points and areas to be improved.
What I liked about it
1. Quick feedback from the representative Mr. Alwala. He was very active in meeting all the demands.
2. Save time with round-trip flights
3. Location, facilities and programs of accommodation was excellent
4. Food (7.5 out of 10)
5. The kindness of the staff at the lodge
A part to be improved
The daily temperature difference in the weather was so large that I couldn't bring my clothes properly. Especially, the accommodation is located high in the mountains, so it is much colder in the morning and evening than on the flat land. I hope this is informed in advance.
Others
If someone asks me about this program, I can recommend it. However, I would like to advise you to make a travel plan for more than 2 nights rather than 1 night. This is because it is difficult to see all animals such as the Big 5 in 1 night.
