Absolutely Amazing!
I began planning our trip to Uganda and Kenya a year ago. Joseph was always extremely courteous, personable and prompt from our initial contact to leaving Africa to head back to the US. Joseph went out of his way for my husband and I so many times, I have lost count. Everything I asked for he arranged and it all went flawlessly. I honestly can’t say enough about Joseph & White Plains Safaris. We are planning on going back in 2027 or 2028. The whole trip exceeded my wildest and very high expectations! The best guide in Kenya
Amazing safari! Joseph took us to collected all the "Big Five" and enthusiastically introduced the names and habits of the animals to us along the way. He always has a passion for nature and this land, we can see it and we are very moved. Thank you Joseph for bringing us wonderful memories of Kenya, the nature is so amazing and beautiful. We would definitely return to Kenya again.

Fantastic safari company
Highly recommended!
Joseph created a fantastic, customized tour for my family. He listened to our many criteria and put together a wonderful package. He was always available and very responsive.
Since we were on a safari that utilized flights within Kenya, there was no opportunity to enjoy Joseph's company (as others have commented). However, he made it a point to come to the airport at the start of our adventure and make sure we were all set. This was a small gesture that epitomized his character (I don't think this would have happened with a large tour provider).

Knowledgeable & open-minded guide - just excellent!
Went on 3 trips with Joesph- safari in Nairobi National park, Masai Mara & customised day outing around Nairobi.
Joesph’s extremely patient in terms of dealing with our culturally-diverse group. You can observe how passionate he’s about taking us to explore nature and human resource of his own country. Even I, as non-animal lover, became so fascinated with the beauty of nature and wild animals through him.
On my last day, he’s flexible and designed a special iternery upon my requests- taking me to stroll around Ngong town, hike on Ngong hills & dine in a BBQ garden like a local - a life-time memory!
