The agency (our consultant Anja) was very fast responding since the 1st email that we exchange. Suggested the itinerary that we liked and changed it according to our wishes.
Available 24/7, which was useful as it turned out when we experienced some issues during our journey. Good choice of accommodation, also good value for money.

Great Exporations Namibia allowed us to have a fantastic self-drive Namibia tour, in a very short notice and high season - with good selection, attentive service (bring a SIM card for Namibia at our first arrival at the B&B in Windhoek is a great example). Fast response - a matter of minutes and hours - and in our case making possible to ask for a quote on July 25th, while we haven't yet booked our flight for August 3...for a 17 days, semi taylored trip. The package with vouchers, itinerary, description, the selection of locations, the prices, etc were aligned with the local market prices. Very good. Anja was fantastic.
Since it was our first time in Africa, and we were really a bit concerned of self-driving in Namibia, and everything went sooo smooth, this has been a very important part to opening up for us African travels. Thanks Great Explorations and Anja

Contacted Lilly about a trip for March but had to change dates because of a family illness.
Lilly was great and set up a perfect schedule taking into account our preferences (wanted to include Fish River Canyon and Skeleton Coast). She was able to book accommodations/vehicle at short notice for June/July.
The route was great and the accommodations all good.
Lilly was available quickly when there was a very minor problem with a lodge in Etosha (not her fault) and we were able to choose from various options.
