We were fortunate enough to see the Big Five in just a few days, as well as thousands of wildebeest during the Great Migration—a unique spectacle! Each game drive was different and full of surprises, with magical moments at sunrise and fiery sunsets over the savannah.

My husband and I booked our private 3-Day Masai Mara safari the day before — very spontaneously! With Incredible Africa Trails, a group of three friends planned and embarked on a 21-day trip through Kenya. We already had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted to see and experience. In discussions with our contact, Simon, we developed a fantastic itinerary that well-integrated our wishes while also incorporating various recommendations from Incredible Africa Trails, providing a realistic and very detailed plan for our trip.
Our guide, Steve, was a highly experienced, communicative, and professional tour guide. He accompanied us throughout the three weeks: as a driver on the roads between national parks and accommodations, as a knowledgeable guide on game drives in the national parks, and as an organizer for everything else that needed to be arranged. He was clearly keen for us to have a fantastic and unforgettable time and not have to worry about anything! You could really feel how responsible he felt for us during the tour. He also always tried to accommodate our spontaneous requests during the tour, whether it was seeing a herd of bulls in the savannah, finding a rhino in the jungle, or photographing an elephant at sunrise in front of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Furthermore, communication with him was very pleasant and transparent, so we didn't even have to contact the agency directly. When a problem arose that was not our fault, the agency took care of it, so we never felt left out in the cold.
Of course, we had to pay a hefty sum for the trip; after all, it was three full weeks with the best full board (buffet or à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner), all entrance fees to the national parks (which was a hefty sum in itself), and Steve and his jeep, who were at our disposal at all times.
In retrospect, we have to say that the price was very fair in our opinion. We really got a lot for our money! When planning your finances, you should also consider that tips are expected for virtually all services.

It was a great trip. We were very lucky. I saw Africa Big Five. Travel agency from the early schedule planning to the later service is very good. Guide Steve is very experienced, he can reasonably arrange all things in our trip, and also will give some advices, share some interesting about Kenya.
The lodge in Sweetwater and lake Naivasha are super good!!

Absolut AMAZING
Everything was perfect! They picked us up at the airport at the agreed time, and then our 4 day safari started. First, a single night at Lake Nakuru at the Lion Hill hotel. Then two days in the Maasai Mara at Hotel Mara Serena Sagari Lodge. We can highly recommend both hotels, really nice hotels with friendly staff.
We got the most amazing driver, Steve. He was very attentive to us and had SO many years of experience so he was constantly spotting animals and knew how to hold so we got the perfect view. Already on one short trip in the evening and a short trip the following day, we had seen both the big 5 and big 9. Wow, absolutely fantastic. We saw almost every animal and were lucky to see a cheetah too. It has been the best safari trip and we can highly recommend choosing Incredible African Safari, as they are extremely professional, quick to respond, very good at tailoring the right program just for us, focus on safety, top customer service and gave us dream driver, steve.
