Amazing luxury honeymoon experience
Rose was absolutely fantastic in helping organise the perfect honeymoon for us. We went to Tanzania and stayed at Nomad Entamanu, Nomad Lamai, Little Chem Chem and then Kilindi in Zanzibar for some beach time. All were different and absolutely superb. Rose put together a brilliant itinerary in terms of how many days we spent at each. She is an excellent communicator, always responded to any questions swiftly and kindly, and was extremely helpful in terms of informing us about what we needed to sort out pre-trip. Couldn't recommend the Luxury Safari Company more highly.

Outstanding service, amazing itinerary and attention to detail.
Planning your honeymoon trip is no easy feat and we obtained several price quotes from different agents. We quickly realized that this would be the most expensive trip we have ever taken and we wanted to make sure we would get our money's worth. Several other tour operators took a day or two to respond to our emails, had a very vague explanation of the differences between different camps and safari locations. To Rose's and her team's credit, the service they provided was impeccable. Not only did Rose respond to our emails immediately, she was always available for a phone call and seemed to have all the answered right away. She effortlessly helped us navigate the complicated world of many African camps and locations and steered us to design the most amazing 2 week itinerary ever. We didn't quite know what to expect, but what we got was the most amazing trip of our lifetime. Every camp Rose selected for us was better than the next, luxurious accommodations, out of this world service and delicious food were a staple every place we got. The itinerary was designed in a very logical fashion so that our transfer times were minimized. Most of the camps we stayed in belonged to &Beyond which gets major credit for the ultimate level of luxury and service they provide. However, coming back to Rose and the Luxury Safari company, the cherry on the cake came when we had a last minute luggage issue and needed Rose's help. Due to weight limitations, we had to make some last minute logistical plans and we gave Rose no notice. However, she amazed us by quickly finding and putting together a solution that would ease our travels a lot. Fortunately, in the end things worked out and we didn't require to use the plan Rose organized for us, but we remained eternally thankful to her and her staff for coming through at such short notice. In summary, you can probably book a beautiful African vacation through many travel agents, but if you are looking for getting a very punctual, personalized service and great attention to detail, go with Rose Hipwood and the Luxury Safari Company like we did and you will be very happy you did! Keep up the amazing work and we will cherish our amazing honeymoon memories which became possible due to the hard work by Rose, the Luxury Safari Company and her staff!

Flawless Execution
My wife and I were a bit nervous as we had never used this company before and had never been to Africa. We also planned last minute (not recommended). However, Rose designed a trip that was perfect for what we asked for and all the connections, lodging etc. was simply flawless. When we go back to Africa, which we will, we will use Rose and Luxury Safari.

1st class service from start to finish !
Never visiting Kenya before or been on Safari , we had huge expectations for this special trip .On speaking with Rose she" got us" straight away and advised on which lodges would suit us for luxury and great viewing ..... each one was different in landscapes , the game we saw and service .All were equally stunning but for different reasons .
We then finished at a beach resort near Diani , just for sheer relaxation . Rose couldn't have chose better for us .Best holiday ever !

The best ever...beyond your expectations
I know there are a lot of companies out there that offer safaris and everyone who goes on theirs says there's was the best but honestly if you want a 1st class holiday that all details are taken care of I suggest that you book with Rose at the luxury safari company. This was our first safari but we have travelled quite a bit so we were not knew to travelling. We visited Kenya ..three different camps that were totally different but totally amazing. How many of you have a massage where a leopard sneaks in to see if everything is going okay. What I loved as much as all the amazing animals ..and yes we did see the big 5 , were the people and the staff at the camps. They were all so knowledgable and extremely welcoming. I could go on and on about this experience but honestly if you want a trip of a life time with all details taken care of Rose at the Luxury Safari Company is where you want to be.

Outstanding Safari Honeymoon experience
Where to begin? Rose and The Luxury Safari Company planned and executed on the trip of a lifetime for our honeymoon. We had the highest expectations and the trip blew them away. From the boutique hideaway in Cape Town to seeing what we think is a slice of heaven in wine country, it seemed as if every day was better than the last. The safari experience (Molori lodge in Madikwe) was a life experience that we will never forget. We have already started talking about our retrun trip. Take note: it is important to mention that Rose wasn't afraid to tell us "you don't need to do this", or, "do this/not that" and she was 100% right with everything. When we return to Africa, she will be our first email/call in the planning process.
Amazing & Wonderful First Time Safari With A Knowledgeable Company
Great experience, everything was well taken care of, great value, lovely camps. It was the perfect first-time safari experience for us. Rose is also super responsive to all our questions, and nothing was too small for her to handle. She had planned everything well and with some added little surprises thrown in. We are so happy with the experience that we are going on another safari at a different location with her next year!

Everything about our trip was great - the logistics were clearly laid out and executed seamlessly. Rose and team were very communicative from beginning to end. She was quick to respond to our pre-trip questions (and there were many), emails, etc. We changed our minds many times, went back and forth a lot, and each time Rose was very quick to respond (cannot stress enough how big of a help that was). We worked on an extremely tight timeline (under 1.5 months from initial contact and leaving for our trip).
We had actually no idea what to expect as we didn't have much time to actually look at all the places Rose booked for us in detail or even review everything the way we normally would for a trip. As soon as we landed we were blown away with the level of service we received, the quality and level of luxury in the places we were staying, etc. Rose and team nailed exactly what we were looking for in terms of the style of hotels, resorts, and safari lodges we were interested in and we were extremely satisfied with what we got and what we paid for it. Every little step of the process was well taken care of and every detail accounted for. It was very nice to not have to think about transferring to/from airports and lodging and to have all our tours/activities set up in non-safari areas. Everybody and everything was on time and efficient. All safari tours had incredible service and friendly & knowledgeable tour guides and lodge managers.
One big thing was during our safaris my wife got an infected bug bite and we needed to get medical attention in Johannesburg. I emailed Rose at the last minute and she was able to ensure that our original plan was properly changed and everything new taken care of before we landed so that we went straight to the medical facility and then back to our hotel seamlessly.
Overall, what we asked for and what we were looking for were both well-taken care of and accounted for. From the tours and activities in Cape Town to all of the safaris and 3 lodges we stayed in in Zambia and finally to our beach resort in Mozambique, everything felt seamless/easy and every stop along the way was better than the previous. If you've never been to Africa, I wholeheartedly recommend you go as it will change your life (and not just because of the wildlife!) and that you work with Rose and her team to plan your trip out.
