Amazing, the visit to Mikumi National Park was incredible we were able to see so many animals.
The communication was great, Sofia was very structured, transmitted a lot of confidence and was super flexible. It really felt like a reliable company from the beginning. The service was really nice, they even gave us complementary drinks as we were celebrating our honeymoon, which was great. Abel is a great driver, has a lot of knowledge on animals and made a lot of effort in making sure we see as many animals as possible.

Great service at reasonable price
A day trip to Ngorongoro Crater was amaizing. We saw all animals the crater can offer. The food was good and at the end we experience a rainy moments in a crater. The guider was experiences enough and their radio communications helps to not miss safari experience within crater

Very good and exciting
We had a very good time with fifs tour. The guides Hillary and MG was very nice, and knew a lot about both the animals but also told us about scenery. The food was nice.

Nice excursions in Zanzibar for a decent price
We had lots of communication with Erick / FIF Tours prior the to trip. They requested a deposit via bank transfer but our bank was causing issues, so we agreed on on a cash deposit upon arrival in Tanzania.
The guide in Zanzibar was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also cared very well for our dietary need (our previous guide failed on this).
Overall a very good experience, would definitely recommend.

Great trip
We did a last minute booking with FIF for a one day trip to Ngorongoro.
They where very quick at responding and super accommodating.
Our guide Jeremiah arrived early the next morning. The car was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for the whole day.
Jeremiah was great: very kind and considerate and very knowledgeable.
We felt well taken care of, and the trip was worth the money.

Perfect safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro
Our group of six friends had an outstanding safari experience organized by FIF Tours. From the very first inquiry, consultant Sofia designed a customized itinerary that perfectly matched our preferences and needs, including seamless arrangements to and from Zanzibar. Every detail was handled with great professionalism and care.
Our guide and driver, Andrew, exceeded all expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife in the national parks, patient, and always in good spirits. The safari vehicle was exceptionally well-equipped with comfortable seating, charging ports at every seat, a refrigerator, and a selection of snacks, making every journey enjoyable and relaxing.
We were fortunate to see the Big Five along with all the animals on our bucket list, and many more. Both the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater offered spectacular and unique experiences that we will never forget.
The accommodations at Narudi Tented Camp and Eileen’s Trees Inn were excellent, providing top-quality service, facilities, and dining options.

Impecable
We had an amazing safari experience with Fif Tours. Everything was perfectly organized and truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
Where we stayed at Serengeti, Narudi Camp, was wonderful, very comfortable and beautifully surrounded by nature. It was the perfect place to relax after long days on safari and really enjoy the experience. Also food was very good!
A special mention to our guide, Jonson, who was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything in a clear and engaging way, and was always kind, attentive and patient. He truly made the safari unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!
