Ms. Hope the sales consultant was very humble and knowledgeable She carefully arranged 12 days safari on my request to make safari a lifetime experience . All lodges , camps were perfect . Balloon safari and Maasai tribal visit Best experience. Great price for 12 days. Best accommodations, great food. Specially catered vegetarian food for my wife. Hot servers lunch, not a lunch box. Mr Ludovick the Drive cum guide was best, highly experienced and knowledgeable to find animals to make your safari lifetime unforgettable experience. They provide a photographer at no extra cost. We tip them good . Hope and her staff greets us . Answer all my request and question.

We did the 3 day safari with Travel wise. I have to say, everything worked from A to Z. From the preliminary discussion to payment to support, everything was top notch. Our driver David was super nice and a very safe driver. We always felt 100% safe with him.
The first accommodation (heart and soul lodge) was very nice. The second accommodation in Arusha (Tulia Boutique Hotel), well, you shouldn't take that anymore. (I'll do a separate review)
We were in Tarangire NP, Ngorongoro and Arusha NP. All 3 national parks have their special features and beauties. We liked them very much.
The food during the safari was also brilliant. The food was always warm and very tasty and the beer was cold. We could have had wine too.
We visited a Maasai village and went on a 2-hour hike with a ranger in Arusha NP.
Unfortunately our return flight from Arusha to Zanzibar was canceled and so we had to bridge a few hours, which our driver solved brilliantly. Luckily we were able to fly from Kilimanjaro at night.
We went on a safari with my mother-in-law (80 years old). Everyone looked after her so kindly. She was everyone's bibi (grandma)

The communication with Goodluck was excellent, all our questions were answered promptly and in detail. Our guide David gave us an incredible amount of information about Tanzania, the parks, the animals and the Massai and made the safari an unforgettable experience for us. He went to incredible lengths to show us all the must-see animals. Thank you very much once again for this.
