Exceptional service
We totally recommend Ozon Light Tours for anyone visiting Tanzania or to book a safari experience which in our case we will remember and cherish for the rest of our lives!
Our guide ISSA has made our holiday x10 better as he was very professional, very friendly, and always made sure that we would have a big smile on our face during the safari experience. ISSA went out of his way to make sure that we will see the big 5 in the national parks utilizing his extensive knowledge, and long career experience in the wildlife.
Thank you once again to Ozon Light Tours for the great service and a big thank you to ISSA, our king of Tanzania!!

Excellent service from start to finish! Wonderful staff
What a wonderful experience! Nuhu and Winfrida from the office have been of a great help whilst planning our holiday to Tanzania and Zanzibar! They were very informative and planned everything to our expectations and beyond! They corresponded via emails with me in a very short time after requesting information. To top everything, they deployed Issa as our guide for the Safari experience and the two day town tour, which was exceptional! Issa was very kind to us, made sure we were comfortable and made his utmost to make our Safari experience an incredible one. By the end of our time in Tanzania he became our friend, not just our guide! I cannot not recommend them enough! Thank you Ozon Light Tours and Issa for making our holiday an unforgettable one!

The experience in Tanzania and Kenya was great
We booked 12 days safari in Tanzania and Kenya with Ozon to Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Amboseli, MT Kilimanjaro and Masai Mara. The organization and the execution was good, the transfer s from Nairobi to Arusha and back to Kenya through Isebania border was smooth. The company implemented everything as planed and we were able to see all big five animals. Their tour guide was much experienced and the could spot the animal locations easily. We couldn't demand more than what they delivered as all our expectations were surpassed. Actually their team in office and field comprise of young folks who have enough energy and capabilities to handle your safari expectations from booking to safari itself.

Ozon provided us with our trip of a lifetime. They took our wish list and made it happen efficientl!
Our communication with Ozon was always quick, organized and efficient. We were able to custom design our Tanzanian safari and extension to Zanzibar as we wanted and within our budgeted costs. The trip went above and beyond our expectations in terms of everything, the guide (Albert was exceptional in his knowledge, driving skills and diligence), our accommodations (such great tented camps), food (so much) and of course, wild life experiences. We witnessed cheetahs stalking and hunting impalas, a wildebeest so young it’s umbilicus was still in place, giraffes fighting for dominance, lionesses ‘hanging from trees’, almost too many ‘raucous’ baboons, black and white rhinos, hippos having fun sliding down a mud edge and splashing into the water, and on and on I could go. The landscape is exceptional and ever changing.
This trip was so stress free and we had developed such a trust in Ozon and its people, that we just relaxed and knew that we were well taken care of. I don’t think you can ask for more than that. Thank you so much, Ozon.

Expert, hospitable and well organized
When I searched for a tour operator for our family tour of Serengeti, I chose Ozon Light because of the clear and prompt communication, reasonable rates and great reviews. They did not disappoint, in fact they went above and beyond and were so courteous, professional, and kind. I don’t believe this level is easily found. We were very fortunate. Our contact, Winnie, was always ahead of the game in communication, reaching out prior to our flights and letting us know they were ready to pick us up. This really alleviates any anxiety. She also constantly followed up to see if we were having a good experience. I can safely say they were our trusted companion from the time we landed until we departed. They also came to introduce themselves and chat through the tour upon our arrival. In addition, our guide Molel was absolutely world class. He was always early! Always happy (even when we were late), always checking on us and he knew his craft. Such a kind and fun guy, we hope to have another tour with him again. On to the tour, from the first day, we saw all the big five, in close range. Our guide managed to be at the right place right before the leopard/cheetah moved. He somehow could see lions on top of a tree from far away. He’s that good. We were absolutely blown away by Ozon Light and encourage others to give them a try. Support this local company, they won’t disappoint.

During our honeymoon, Ozon light tours made sure we had the full “safari experience”.
Thanks to their very qualified and friendly guide, Frank, we can look back to an amazing time at Ngorongoro and the Serengeti.
Not only did we saw a lot of animals (including the big 5), we learned a lot from the guide and we always got the best treatment.
He literally went the extra mile to make sure we saw all the animals.

Excellent experience
Thank you Deus and Ozon Light for giving us the best experience we could have asked for. Our safari guide Diclack was honestly one of the best parts of our whole trip. He always seemed to know exactly where to go and took us to see all the animals. We got so many close-up animal encounters that we genuinely couldn’t believe our luck.
He worked really hard to get us the Big 5 and you could tell it wasn’t just a job for him, he actually cared about giving us the best experience possible. Never rushed, always patient, and full of knowledge about everything we were seeing.
If you’re doing a safari in Tanzania, get Diclack as your guide. We will remember Diclack and our safari for the rest of our lives as one of the greatest experiences.

Our trip with Ozon Light Tours was better than we could have ever imagined! Starting with the booking process, Letson was very helpful in making sure our trip was exactly what we dreamed of. Our tour guide, Elijah was very accommodating and helpful. Himself and his trainee, Godlisten, made our trip so special. Making sure we had everything we needed at all times and that we were enjoying ourselves. They both were very kind and I genuinely enjoyed talking to them and getting to know them! Both Elijah and Godlisten were so informative, every question we had, they had the answer right away. They took the time to explain the animals to us and I am leaving this trip with so much more knowledge on not only the animals, but the culture here. Elijah made sure we had the most of our Safari experience, including spotting all of the big five! The truck was very clean everyday, even after all the dust from the days safari. We did have some trouble at the airport when taking our departing flight, but Elijah waited for us and made sure we were taken care of. I am very excited to share this experience with my family and friends. I am very grateful for Elijah’s help and will definitely be requesting him for our next Safari experience! I highly recommend booking with Ozon Light Tours and Elijah!

Excellent Tanzanian Experience
My wife and I were recommended Ozon and our guide, Elijah, by friends who traveled with them previously, and they did not disappoint. Ozon was quick to reply and adjust to our requests and bookings.
Our guide, Elijah, along with his trainee, Godlisten, were amazing throughout our Tanzanian experience. They were very knowledgeable about the areas and parks we traveled through and were overall fun to be around and talk to during the drives.
At the end of the experience, we ran into unfortunate flight issues. Even when we were frustrated, Elijah was extremely quick and helpful in getting everything figured out for us. We didn’t have to do a thing.
A huge thank you to Ozon, Elijah, and Godlisten for an amazing experience. Our time would not have been the same without them. I highly recommend going with Ozon and requesting Elijah as a guide, and I will be recommending them to both friends and family.
