Wonderful experience
What am amazing experience our 2 day safari was. Edward from Plex was great in responding really quickly to any questions I had, all the staff were so friendly and helpful from Morris who dropped and collected us to the airport, to our safari guide Jafari, our drivers Eugenio, G and captain Kasimi in the boat they all ensured we had the best experience. All arrangements were stress free and were seamless.
The safari day inside the park was one we’ll never forget, we saw Giraffes, Antelopes, Impalas, Warthogs, Wilderbeast, Zebras, Hippos , Crocodiles, Baboons and our favourite Elephants. Our driver Eugenio was fantastic at taking us off the main roads to have the best chance of seeing so many animals and Jafari our guide was very knowledgable and informative. All the food was delicious and drinks were provided on the jeep. We were met at 8.30am off the plane and were dropped at the Selous lodge at 6.30pm, it was a whole day driving vast distances around the park, and the scenery and animals were fantastic. The Selous lodge was lovely, with a pool so a wonderful place to unwind. All the staff again were so friendly and helpful. Day 2 Jafari picked us up again and we went on a boat safari seeing hippos, crocodiles, and lots of wonderful birds, followed by a village tour to get a feel of local life in Tanzania and a school visit with lots of wonderfully curious children keen to show us their English and counting skills.
We had such an amazing experience, the Plex staff really did do their utmost to ensure we had a fantastic time. We feel it was good value for money, its been the highlight of our holiday and an experience we’ll never forget. Thanks Plex!

An amazing experience
Everything was well organize wich allowed us to really enjoy the safari. It was easy to communicate with the tour operator, very quick to respond. The experience was wonderful and we are not ready to forget all the animals we saw.

Wonderful experience!
I searched online for the perfect 1-day Safari at Selous and found plex africa safaris. I sent a request and only a few moments later i already got a very proffessional flyer with all the informations and the offer. After some very fast communication about the date and everything i already got the tickets. If was our first safari so we had no idea how this is going to be. We got picked uf early in the morning my our driver and he also brought us to the right spot by the airport. The organisation with plex africa was just perfect and everything went as planned! The flight in this small little airplane was very special and adventurous but eveything was perfectly fine! After 1h we landed just by the entrance of the reserve so we got picked up right there.
We booked a private safari and had the best day ever! Our guide and driver were very good and showed us every animal we wanted to see. The guide had a walkie talkie so he could communicate with other if someone see some lions and we really saw some! The lunch was also very good! The landscapes and the nature is wonderful there!
At the end of the day we were very tired and just fall happy into bed. thank you for this unforgettable day!

So well organised !!
Booked the 1 day fly-in safari from Zanzibar to Nyerere National Park. Communication & confirmation with Plex Africa via Whats App, prior to the trip, was always quick & clear, & tickets & payment invoices were also sent immediately after payment. For a great price, my booking included return pick up from my hotel in Zanzibar to the airport, flights to Nyerere, lunch & all park fees.
Everything ran like a dream, it was all so well organised. No delays, no waiting around, a perfect smooth day! The flight over to the park in the small plane was magical & it was such an amazing experience landing on a dirt strip & getting straight into our safari jeep. Michael our safari guide was great & very knowledgeable & although we didn't get to see any cats, we had a fantastic day! Nyerere is a really large beautiful park, and you do have to travel some distance, for a chance to see certain animals, however the plus side is that you rarely see other tours/jeeps, so it feels like you have the park to yourselves. Saying that, only 2mins after entering the park we seemed to be surrounded by wart hogs, impala & giraffes. Lunch was tasty & again, so well organised.
My only disappointment was that I hadn't booked a longer trip....maybe next time. In which case, I'd definitely be using Plex Africa Safaris again. Thank you.
