A unique experience made possible by Big Time Safaris team
I selected Big Times Safaris company to organise a 15 day family trip to Kenya based on research and reviews over the internet. The whole experience turned out to be exceptional by all standards thanks to the professional service provided by BTS team members. My wife and 3 teenage daughters enjoyed very much the Safari part in the Massai Mara, Nikuru lake and Ambosselli parks. We saw plenty of animals: gnus, buffalos, several species of gazelles, zebras, lions, hyenas, guepards, elephants, birds etc... We were very lucky to have witnessed a massive river crossing by the gnus.
The camps and mini bus we used during the travel were very clean and the driver/guide was not only a safe driver but also very knowledgeable and courteous guide.
We also spent few days in Mombassa area which gave us the opportunity to rest and enjoy the Indian ocean and a large variety of delicious food at the Reef beach hotel. We also discovered how beautiful the corals around the Wassini island were.
Overall the whole experience was very good and we will recommend it strongly to our friends.

I am south korea born, American educated student who travelled in Kenya and Tanzania a few years back. Martha Mutanu was amazing in every aspects of my experience with her. She did everything awesome! She is super kind, very informative, friendly, loving, and always smiling. I just loved having her as my guide for Safaris. Anyone who is booking a tour, I highly recommend her.

one of our best ever holidays
We went on a 7 day safari with our daughter and had one of our best holidays ever. Obviously nervous at first, as we didn't book via a tour operator, but Big Time Safaris met us at the airport as arranged, and everything went very smoothly. We have reviewed the holiday on Trip Adviser, if you want more details. Big Time Safaris are a ligit company and do all that they say they will. The best recommendation we can give is that we are booking to go with them again next year.

Lifetime experience
The Big Time Safari company made our holidays in Kenya unforgottable. We choosed them for five day safari (Massai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli) and we did not regret it. The organization of the tour was highly professional. we enjoyed every moment. We had a great driver and guide with 11 years experience, he explained us everything, showed us nearly every single animal in park and answered our additional questions. He made everything for our comfort, stoped for additional pictures
The food was really delicious, even if we were a bit sceptic at the beginning. The staff was really nice in the camps, they helped us all the time we needed.
The tents in the camp and also the hotel in Nakuru was fine, the camp in Amboseli was the greatest experience as it was situated in the pure nature far from civilization.
I would like to thanks to the whole team to make our holidays as perfect as you could. I will highly recommend to choose you as a safari operator :)

Large satisfaction!
All staff is kind and cheerful,so we were able to enjoy in comfort. and we saw lots of animals.its special memory. all accomondation was comfortable and food was good.i wanna use this tour next time

Great 7 days safari
My 7 days safari to Amboseli, Lake Naivasha/Hell's Gate, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara was great. I'm satisfied with the service, accommodations (camps and budget hotels), guide/driver: everything was well organized and I will definitely recommend Big Time Safaris to my friends.

Great 6 day safari
The tour included everything including pick up and airport drop off.
The tour guides were great. Accommodation was good we took budget options but they also offer other options.
Customer service was very good through whatsapp we had to postpone by a year and we didnt lose our deposit.
All in all very professional company to book with.

Fabulous
I took a trip for 03 days 02 nights with them. As a solo traveler i didn’t have to worry about anything as everything was well organised. Employees were very friendly and hopeful as well. Hope to visit with them again .
