Amazing, breathtaking experience
We have our safari trip tailored to our needs in every detail. Our guide, Michael, was great. He had a good vibe and was being very professional and attentive. We wanted to see lions and he did absolutely everything to find some more for us!
We were able to make amendments to the original package, so it suited our needs. The operator takes care of you at all times, starting with greeting you at the airport and ending with welcoming you there after landing. Everything felt very well organized.

Fantastic
Elvis was great sorting out our safari. From start to finish. Taxi was comfortable to the airport. Where we met Elvis. Gave us a briefing about safari. Also meeting us when we landed back at the airport.
Tour guide and driver Eric was great also. Taking us to all the right places to see the animals. We did a private tour. Supplied us with cold drinks whilst driving around.
Stopped for lunch. Again also very good.
Overall a really great time had. So thank you Elvis and the team. For making this a day never to forget

Professional service always kept in contact and answered any questions promptly.
From the moment we booked Jessica was in constant contact keeping us informed. We were collected from our hotel (more than an hours drive from the airport) on time. Elvis explained what to expect from the day and on touch down at Mikumi airstrip we were met by our guide, Douglas. On the drives before and after lunch he found Elephants, Zebras, Giraffes, Hippos, Lionesses with young and with cubs, Babboons, Buffalo, Leopard, Jacket and different varieties of Impalas. Would highly recommend.

Very reliable and professional.
We booked a one-day fly-in/fly-out safari with Lekobe Adventures. Elvis' response to our initial inquiry came within minutes. I thought this was just the initial activity to secure new business, but Elvis' communication before, during and after the event was equally prompt, complete and accurate.
On the day of the safari, a driver picked us up at our hotel at 04:30. We flew from ZNZ to Mikumi on a much larger aircraft than usual (ATR-42). Elvis met us at the airport, explained how the day will go and accompanied us to airport security.
The safari itself was great - we saw all the animals that were there to see in Mikumi. But it was raining all morning and was really overcast the whole afternoon - but the weather is the only one thing that Lekobe Adventures cannot really influence.
On our return, there was a driver supposed to be waiting for us at the airport. But he wasn't. Following a quick call to Elvis he called the driver, reassured us on his arrival and continued to check with us several times before the driver arrived (in about 15 minutes). Later the same day we received a formal apology from Lekobe for delay of the driver.
I contacted two other agencies before booking with Elvis but the first one provided just a general response without any details, and the other one promised a response but never replied. Lekobe provided a personalised response with exhaustive level of detail to start with.
After the safari we booked also another trip with Lekobe and were not dissappointed. They seem to be one of very few organisations in Zanzibar providing high-quality and reliable services.

Caring & efficient
The team at LeKOBE adventure safaris are professionals who are quick to respond and are interested in their guests having the best time . They love their country so they want you to have the best experience . My friend and I had door to door service . There was always one of the LeKOBE team there to help when requested. Eric the guide was knowledgeable, had incredible eyesight- he could spot animals camouflaged miles away and was super helpful.

Very relatable and professional
I flew with my two children for a one-day safari from Zanzibar to Mikumi.. I was impressed that the company is very, very reliable and professional. The pickup from the hotel was on time, while the company representative professionally took care of everything required until we boarded the plane. Eric, the great safari guide, was very professional. He was waiting for us at the Mikumi reserve. We spent an amazing day that left us with an unforgettable positive experience. Later, Upon our return to Zanzibar, the driver was just as impressive, waiting for us at the airport and driving us towards our hotel. The service we have experienced was mentioned, was kind and professional. LeKobe is Highly recommended!!!

Definitely recommended! Our honeymoon was made something very special by the perfectly organized 4-day safari. During the game drives, our wishes and ideas were taken into account and we managed to see all of the Big 5.
