Great-from 1st planning to last tour day! Benjamin is a friend now, good pricing, superb adventure!
5/5

What a safari! We were looking for a 7 to 10 days tour with some extra time in Tarangire and a visit to lake Natron, which was not available in any of the listed programs, so Gasper worked something out for us that included three extra days (private extra days, that is) attached to a seven days program and still suited our budget. After extensive Mail conversation with numerous amendments the program seemed perfect for us, and we confirmed our booking.

Best thing we could have done! Booking something comparable through a local Austrian (or German, for that matter) agent we'd probably have had to face about 50% higher cost.

And then came Benjamin, our driver and guide for the private starting bit of the Safari. We enjoyed those days so much that, after learning that Benjamin would be available we asked Gasper for an upgrade to private for the entire safari. The offer we received was extremely fair, and with such a nice guide we didn't think twice about accepting. And, boy, that was more than just worth every extra penny!

We had so many adventures during those 10 days we cannot even list a fraction of them. We saw lions walking up trees, we saw four(!) Leopards on different occasions, we were close enough to touch elephants and lions, Rhinos in the Crater, where they are NOT dehorned as they are elsewhere, and yes, we got stuck in the mud at Lake Natron (because Benjamin wanted to get us closer to the flamingoes without having to walk too far in the boiling heat there - we are both in our seventies). But that was solved soon and just added to the feeling of friendship.

After the ten days Benjamin was a friend rather than an just excellent and friendly guide and driver, and we are sure he shares many of the fantastic memories we took with us along with loads of superb photos and videos.

Gasper, Benjamin, feel free to use our pics and vids on your website - as we had discussed before we went on to the next stages of our two month trip to Africa. Keep up the superb work and take care of yourselves,
Traudl and Jochen

Absolutely unforgettable!
5/5

Absolutely amazing experience.

From the very start, Gasper was incredibly helpful and responsive. He was accommodating, always happy to make arrangements for us. He kept in contact with us throughout the trip, and visited us in person on our last day to check in on us, and we even received some beautiful maasai clothing as a gift.

We booked onto the 4 night 5 day safari that takes you through Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro national parks. Our guide, David (aka King David) was absolutely brilliant. So knowledgable, insane driver (which genuinely made a difference as we were able to reach places no other guides dared go, and as a result we saw lots of animals other jeeps didn’t see). We chose the mid-range option - the two hotels were basic but clean, the two tented options in the middle of the national parks were mid-blowing and worth much more than what we paid - it felt like a luxury.

Would 10/10 recommend (and have already done so to many of my friends)

Very friendly and great communication
4/5

We booked a 6 day mid-range safari from Arusha, Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. It was a great trip which was organised by Gasper. He was very responsive throughout the whole process and even during the safari whenever we had an issue, he was available to help sort it out. The accommodation he booked was excellent, way better than what we’d expected.
We saw all the animals we wanted to see. It would have been great if we could have spent more time looking for animals other than the Big 5 and have guides who provide better explanations of the animals and their behaviours but we had a guide book which helped. That is to be expected however on a shared safari. This is a common issue however and not something unique to Tanzania Pilgrimage. I would certainly recommend them! They even managed to arrange vegetarian meals throughout for my partner.

Once in a lifetime experience
5/5

Gasper organized my trip in a short period of time. The service was attentive and answers to messages were quick. The 4 day trip in the savanna was amazing. We managed to see 4/5 of Big 5 animals.

Unforgettable
5/5

This was a great honeymoon trip. During our Safari stay, we experienced different accommodations and saw all the big 5 animals. Our guide Fazil was a great person, and Gasper also prepared some nice surprises for us. Their house has a high cost performance ratio and the itinerary is also very well arranged。

Welcoming, friendly and a great tour operator
5/5

Tanzania Pilgrim were a great company to deal with. They were the best price for the best experience we could find. From the start they were quick to reply, friendly to communicate with and got us excited from the start. We were lucky enough to see 4 of the big 5 along with a lot other amazing views that were all made possible by our driver. He knew what we came to see and worked hard to ensure we got the best experience we could get.

The accomodation (mid range) throughout was all good especially the camp in serengati.

A big thank you as well to the chef who came with us everyday. He ensured that we didnt just get boring lunch boxes like other tours but instead a great meal every lunch (and I believe breakfast and dinner for the others camping in our car).

It was great to have a cold beer on the drive to accomodation every evening.

Very much reccomend this company all was 100% to what was advertised.

Amazing, prompt and very supportive team
5/5

Great experience throughout the tour. They gave options suitable to the budget. And accommodated all my requests. The stays were great and i would recommend an extended stay at Ngorongoro. Exceptional place and requires more time.

And lastly, Gasper is fantastic. Absolutely supportive.

Flawless Planning and an Unforgettable Adventure!
5/5

My entire experience with Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris was exceptional, thanks to two key people: Gasper and Elisha.

Gasper was fantastic from the very beginning. He handled all the planning and communication with great patience and professionalism, answering all my questions and crafting a perfect itinerary. He made the booking process smooth and stress-free.

Our guide, Elisha, was absolutely brilliant on the ground. His expert knowledge and sharp eyes spotted incredible wildlife we would have missed. He was not only a skilled guide but also a kind and entertaining companion throughout the journey.

The combination of Gasper's flawless organization and Elisha's guiding expertise made for a perfect safari. I highly recommend this company and this amazing team without any reservation

Our Safari Dream came through
5/5

My 3 friends and I had the most incredible experience with Tanzania Pilgrimage Safari during the 4 day Serengeti, Tarangerie and Ngorogoro tour. Our guide Benjamin and the tour operator Joel ensured that it was the most amazing trip. The van was stocked with snacks, we had WiFi, lunch was delicious every day! The wine with lunch was a lovely touch. Benjamins knowledge of the areas and the animals was incredible - he answered all of our questions and gave us so much information. Due to his dedication we got to see the Big 5 and lots more animals in the 4 days. Joel ensured that the trip was comfortable for us at all times and he was quick in replying to any messages prior to getting to Tanzania. Everything ran very smoothly.

The accommodation completely exceeded my expectations for being in such remote areas. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and had WiFi. There was hot water in the showers. The staff were always exceptionally polite and helpful. We enjoyed every dinner.

Thanks for an unforgettable trip!

Amazing Safari
5/5

Everything was great, the accommodations were fantastic on the midrange safari and I saw all of the big 5 and lots of other animals. My only advice would be to go for a longer tour if you can but even for a few days it was worth it. During the trip the tour operator checked in with me regularly to hear if everything was alright.
