Fast and responsive service with great guide, Albert.
We got a very knowledgeable guide and driver, Albert. The accommodation and food was satisfactory too. At some of the hotels, we had to request for help from the reception when our key cards didn't work, number of beds was not enough, no internet, no TV connection. We felt safe with our guide's driving skills and teaching. WhatsApp communications with the tour agency was mostly quick too.

Overall a great experience
James our driver and guide was great, he was a great driver and guide, constantly pointing out wildlife on our game drives and regaling us with facts and information. He was also an extremely safe driver, which is even more impressive given the state of some of the “roads” he had to navigate. The only reason I haven’t marked this as 5 star is that he was asked to pick up an additional person to take them to Lake Nakuru and consequently our whole group had to leave Lake Nakuru earlier than expected as the person needed to get to the airport early. It was not James fault but did mean we had less time there. James made up for it by altering the itinerary so we did the boat trip in the evening instead of the following day but you could tell he felt guilty about what had happened. Other than that the experience was great. Yes the hotels were basic but they met our needs and the other people on the trip were nice. Everyone we met was very welcoming and I would recommend the trip to others.

Friendly and helpful
Our tour guide Peter Nding’ai is good. He brought us to see a lot of animals. His explanation about the wildlife is very details and interesting.
He is fun and friendly!
The only difficult thing for us was the bike riding at the Hell’s Gate. Too many vehicles and too dusty.

Amazing Safari
We had an excellent time on the safari. Our driver, Robin, was very kind and we were thrilled to see all of the Big Five. The 4x4 vehicle was comfortable and in great condition, which made the experience even better. We had an amazing adventure and I would definitely recommend this safari.
Suggestion for improvement: It would have been helpful if Robin was more communicative—explaining the itinerary, upcoming stops, and sharing more information throughout the day would enhance the experience even more.

well-organized tour operator
I had a fantastic experience. Everything was well-organized, and our guide was excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about wildlife. He made sure we had the best opportunities to see and understand the animals, answering all our questions with enthusiasm.
We spotted a great variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions. The game drives were well-paced, allowing plenty of time to observe the animals without feeling rushed.
The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. Meals were good, and the overall atmosphere made the trip even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this safari, especially thanks to the expertise of our guide, who made the experience truly special.
