Excellent can-do-anything service (last-minute Gorilla permit); can recommend little known places
My most recent trip with Henry (after quite a few trips in recent years) involved the need to obtain a Gorilla Tracking permit for Mgahinga NP on very short notice, which is known to be a hard thing to accomplish. Henry did it, by personally making his way to UWA headquarters, traveling ahead of our group for one day without charging a cent extra. Very personal, knowledgeable service. Earlier during the trip he recommended and arranged for easygoing good-value Nile River Tubing near Jinja. Later that day he took us to Busowoko Falls, a little known but spectacular place, not normally found in a standard itinerary, where we met mostly Ugandan people having a good time, it was nice to join them. Good local knowledge also off the beaten track, flexible with individual needs, highly recommend.
