Excellent holidays, despite of a few timings issues
We had an amazing holiday. The hotel, the tour, the views all were incredible.
We had a few stressful moments where the timings were incorrect and the hotel tried to double charge us at the end of our stay, but luckily they got resolved quickly. We don't know of the issue was with the suppliers or the agent. Luckily we did not miss the flight or any of the rides. We had an excellent guide for safaris - Oupa, who made sure we were not waiting unnecessarily for an hour for the sunrise drives. (As per original bookings - we would have had to wake up unnecessarily and then wait for ages)
Overall, we had amazing holidays, and the issues got resolved very quickly.

Just before your tour we do issue vouchers with the latest updated times and the online quotation is always updated with these too and visible on your mobile/pc. Confusion can arise when referring to older emails and not to the vouchers/online quotation where updates will have been affected. But maybe we should emphasize this point more to clients. At the end of the day we are available by email, text message,whats app, and phone 24/7 to query or reschedule anything and this is why we were able to quickly correct. We have investigated the payment issue and it was to do with the lodges booking system. We paid Pestana Lodge well before your arrival. We have discussed it with them and they have assured us it will not reoccur to our future clients.
Glad you enjoyed Pestana Lodge it is perfectly situated next to the Crocodile River with great views and yes Oupa is very reliable and knowledgeable safari driver!

Very professional
Our tour guide, Willem, did an amazing job. His ability to spot animals is better than 20 other guides. Plus, he is a local and knows the area very well. The organization itself is very professional and accommodating. I requested a few changes and they were executed right away.

My life-long dream holiday came true!
We had an amazingly perfect time on the 8-Day Panorama Route, Blyde River Canyon Tour & Greater Kruger National Park Safari with Mmilo Tours. The communication, service and reliability were all excellent. Highlights were:
• We got to spend time with the extremely knowledgeable and lovely Patrick Sylvester and saw some amazing things.
• The very comfortable room (with the biggest bathroom ever!) in Dar Amane Guesthouse.
• The wonderful experience in Moholoholo Forest Camp, where the accommodation was beautiful (in the forest with the sounds of nature), the food amazing and time with Malcom the guide on the bush walk was something very special.
• The Mjejane River Lodge and everything about it (accommodation, guide Lookie, the food, the animals roaming around) was a perfect end to a wonderful trip full of memories.

Epic experience
Awesome tour. Well worth the early wake up. Was truly an epic experience seeing so many animals up close. Lion, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes,hippos and rhinos to name a few. Our guide Willem was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Can’t go wrong with this experience

Excellent communication and service
