Ryan was a fantastic travel agent, very knowledgeable and insightful.
Untamed safaris gave us one of the most amazing holidays ever, everything went perfectly and was excellent value for money. The two safari camps were amazing and had fantastic amenities and guides.

Can not recommend this agency highly enough. Every aspect of our trip was carefully curated and not one complaint can be make about the areas that were recommended , which included accomodation with delicious meals , amazing guides and friendly staff at Lemala lodges throughout Tanzania and our amazing gorilla trek and visit to Rwanda. A bucket list trip that would love to do repeatedly .

All Around Outstanding and Putting Together a Brilliant13 Day Itinerary to Tanzania & Kenya
Ryan Kendall from Untamed Safaris put together a personalised 13 day itinerary for us showcasing Tanzania and Kenya.
Our trip was a real adventure with many highlights and we experienced something different each day.
There were many pick-ups/drop-offs to negotiate with airports, road transfers, small airstrips and border crossings. Everything worked like clockwork and we were never let down in any area we visited.
Our itinerary showcased the Elewana Collection of accommodation - we visited quite a few of their properties and they were all first class in every respect.
We would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone considering planning a trip to Africa. His knowledge, contacts and advice made our trip planning a breeze and if there were any questions he was very quick to get back to us.

Our Untamed Safaris tour of Africa was brilliant and well and truly exceeded our expectations.
The destinations on our itinerary were extremely well chosen and gave us a different African experience at each.
The accommodation selected was first class and carefully chosen in light of our requirements and in our view, the best on offer.
Every flight, car pick up and tour was well organised and went smoothly without any problems.

Efficient all areas were completed as per itinerary
We did a four week African safari tour including south Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia,Kenya and Tanzania. The arrangements were all met as per itinerary.
The safaris were extensive and met all our expectations. The lodges chosen by untamed safaris were of high quality and provided friendly service of a high standard.
I would recommend untamed safaris as an organisation that went above and beyond to ensure we had a quality holiday.

Personal service and advice!
Untamed Safaris were excellent to deal with from first contact. They came highly recommended by a friend who had had a similar experience for their Africa trip booked through Untamed Safaris. Rosanna and Ryan helped organise and book our trip. They were both great at working out what we were most interested in and how to make the most of our relatively short time in South Africa. They had excellent knowledge about flights, connections and a range of suggestions to consider. Their recommendations for day trips around Cape Town (where we were attending a conference) were excellent and they helped organise and book additional people from our conference to join these day trips, setting clear expectations of what they would involve (one was a hike up Table mountain which required a reasonable level of fitness, which was superb). The safari experiences they booked for us with Simbavati Hilltop Lodge and Simbavati Trails Camp were unbelievable. The first was a very luxury experience and the second was in a trail camp setting, but if anything was even more amazing in terms of hospitality and personal service given its remoteness. We highly recommend this company if you are contemplating a trip to Africa.

A first class itinerary and experience, great engagement and no hasstles
We dont normally use Travel Agents but this was our first trip to Africa and we needed some guidance.
Ryan from Untamed Safaris provided an itinerary incorporating Sth Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe with some great insights and very even handed pros and cons on the different accomodation and itinerary options available.
The trip was well paced and comprehensive for the 15 days and the accom was first class. The 2 safaris provided different but equally amazing experiences and our stays in Capetown and Victoria Falls were wonderful. Ryan monitored our progress and was always available if needed but it was all very smooth. We could not have created this itinerary on our own. Thank you Ryan.

Knowledgable, helpful, friendly and always available and happy to assist.
We spent five weeks in Africa, and visited Victoria Falls, Botswana, Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar and South Africa and the whole trip was arranged by Untamed Safaris including all our international and internal airfares. Our tour of Kenya and Tanzania was organised as a private tour and the tour operators were very good, accommodation and food were excellent. Drivers were reliable and we had no problems.
Victoria Falls and Zanzibar were independent tours and all operators were very reliable. A day trip to Botswana was organised from Victoria Falls and was a real highlight of the tour, lots of elephants. Our time spent in Timbavati Game Reserve (South Africa) was a great way to finish a spectacular holiday. Simbavati Hilltop Lodge and Simbavati Trails Camp where both very special.
We would highly recommend Untamed Safaris to anyone wishing to visit Africa. Ryan's service was above and beyond. We are thinking of going back for a fourth time and will definitely be doing our bookings with Untamed Safaris.
