Amazing...
I was coming to Uganda for volunteerwork and i also liked to explored more of Uganda in my free time, i am a travelagent.
The first nights i stayed at Acacia Villas, a quiet, nice place, with lovaly staff, at the top of a hill, close to Acacia Mall.
There i met Benjamin, a very nice and driven person. We talked about the safaris, my wishes for the short time i had and Benjamin gave me very good advice. I also could share a landcruiser to lowe the price.
The communication with Benjamin was very good, he listen to what you want and he arranged everything in short time, great!
I liked so much the safaris, nature and excursions; Murchinfalls, rhinowalk, boattour, Lake Mburo, safari, biking and the Gorilla tracking..
Drivers and guides were very professional and the accomodations great, little lodges, glamping with beautiful restaurants en views, all i wanted.
So i enjoyed my time in Uganda very much, thank you Benjamin and also staff from Acacia Villas!

Perfect
I joined a gorilla trekking tour in Bwindi.
I was assisted with the process of obtaining the gorilla permit, and they helped me with all the procedures. They also gave me useful information about the surrounding areas, which was incredibly helpful.
The permit usually costs $800, but thanks to a government campaign, I was able to get it for $600.
Since the waiting time at the office to receive the permit can be quite long, it’s better to go early in the morning.
In the Ruhija area, there are several gorilla groups, so I was able to encounter a gorilla family after about 30 minutes of trekking.
The appearance of the group’s dominant silverback was overwhelmingly powerful and intimidating, yet at the same time, there was something calm, warm, and gentle in his eyes. It felt like stepping into a quiet and deeply profound world.
It was an incredibly rich experience—truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment.

Great experience that covers lots of highlights.
I went with Gatsio to Murchison National Park. I appreciated how they were able to cover 4 big experiences: Ziwa rhinos, hike to the falls, morning game drive, and the boat on the nile, so I didn't feel like I missed out on anything even during a short trip. Our guide Peter was lovely and very knowledgeable. The safari car was spacious and the roof could open to see animals. Our guide made sure we hit as many of the Big 5 as possible.

An unforgettable trip!
I had always dreamed of visiting Uganda, and Gatzio Safari made that dream come true. The entire team was incredible — Nickson, Benjamin, and Josh, who was an amazing guide and driver. He made us try all the local drinks and helped us immerse ourselves in everyday Ugandan life, which meant so much to us. Nickson also gave us a wonderful tour of Kampala and made it possible for us to meet MAMA UGANDA — another dream come true! And Ben, Ben helped us organize the whole trip exactly how we wanted. We are absolutely thrilled to have found this wonderful group of people, who are not just a travel agency but truly put their hearts into the entire project.

Awesome
We did the 1 day mabamba swamp shoebill stork tour. Everything was perfect gatsio did such a good job communicating the tour. We were fortunate to see tour shoebills and several other birds. 100% recommend.

Exceeded expectations and made an unforgettable trip!
I cannot recommend Gatsio Safariz enough! I did the 3-day Murchison Falls tour and it was an experience of a lifetime. From the beginning, Benjamin was incredibly communicative and helpful in making sure the trip was well tailored to our budget and interests. Throughout the safari, Benjamin and our guide/driver Alex were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we made the most out of the trip. The accommodations were nice and the vehicle was clean, comfortable, and even equipped with a cooler for drinks and outlets to charge phones. Between the hike to Murchison Falls, game drives, a boat tour, the rhino sanctuary, and an additional chimpanzee trek, the days were packed with excitement and exceeded expectations! By the end of the trip, Alex and Benji felt more like old friends than tour operators and guides. I cannot thank them enough for an incredible experience! Please consider Gatsio Safariz for all of your East Africa safari needs!

Amazing tour with super helpful tour guide
I wanted to go on a safari last minute and Gatsio Safariz was so helpful in making this come true! They really did their best on such short notice to organize the best trip possible for me! My guide Allan was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind!
Marvolous Safari to Muchinson Falls National Park
First and for all the booking and the service was so good and easy. The Team of Gatsio Safariz is super friendly and sweet, and only for this experience i'd give it a ten out of ten.
The nature is stunning and i did espacialy enjoy the game drive, the boat tour and the Rino Tracking. Our Guide made sure we had the best time and throughout the days of the Safari our group became friends. There must be something about Gatsio Safariz and the Acacia Villa, cause it seems to gather so many sweet peaople.
The food at the Lodges we stayed was also very nice! Specials the River Lodge was so comfortable and had the best Breakfest.
I personaly would have loved to explore more things by foot ( The Rino Tracking could have been longer, cause the Park it takes place ist so beautiful and i could not get enough. Also i realy like to hike, but it is Just a Personal preferences).
Overall it was a great great experience, with so many wonderful impressions.
It is a wide recomendation! It was so good!
