KLA's itinerary was perfectly planned. Our guides, Gasper in Tanzania, and Joseph and Lenny in Kenya, were both conscientious and punctual. They always arrived early to meet us on the bus and prepared breakfast and lunch for us. The bus was meticulously cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable ride. Even when we requested to see more animals, they made every effort to adjust the route to ensure we had no regrets. Gasper and I were lucky enough to see three wildebeest crossings in one day, and our bus was always in prime position.
There was also a minor incident during the trip: we left our phone on the bus we had taken, and half an hour had passed before we realized it. We were extremely anxious and quickly contacted Gasper, who immediately contacted various parties. The driver returned half an hour later and handed us the phone.

Such an experience is all thanks to KLA and our guide Gasper. He is a true savannah philosopher. He can always accurately tell where lions are hiding and where cheetahs are taking a nap under a tree, relying on some mysterious sense in the wind, the rustling grass, and the slightest trace left by animals. He tirelessly drives us around the boundless savannah in search, to let us see the most wonderful moments. We saw lots of lions, elephant herds, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, hyenas, rhinoceros... Once we saw an elephant herd in the distance, Gasper said we should just wait and soon the herd would pass by us on their way to drink water over there. Sure enough, 15 minutes later, the elephant herd really came towards us! The guide's judgment was so amazing that I truly admired his professional skills! He also let us witness the wildebeest's crossing river 3 times in one day! Very efficient team with great service
We had a 7-day safari trip with KLA and we had a great time. KLA sales Goel was very responding when we were building up the plan, he gave us great info about how to choose the routes more practically and was able to secure the lodges we wanna stay rapidly. They also provide tons of drinks including wines when they heard us enjoy alcohol on the road. Among all the agents we quoted with, Goel was always the fastest one to reply our questions and adjust the quotes/plans.
Our guide Bony was a nice guy as well. We ended up with almost 12 hours out everyday and he was always showing up at the front door every morning on time with clean/tidy car. We had some glitches on the road with the car and he was able to fix it quickly so that we weren't broken down on the road and safely back to the lodge everyday.
Overall I will definitely recommend KLA to operate another safari at Serengeti
