Accommodating, welcoming, warm, knowledgeable and insightful
From the beginning, organising the trip was very simple, smooth and easy.
Cuthbert was extremely patient with us as he made around 5 itineraries, making sure we saw all the main spots we needed within the time frame we had.
They were the only company accommodating a 6 month old baby, otherwise we would not have been able to do the safari.
Upon arrival at the airport, we were kindly greeted by 3 people including Cuthbert which gave us a lot of calm and ease since we were communicating with him for beforehand.
Our driver John made us comfortable from the moment we met him with his warm smile, joyous personality and bubbly patient bright character.
He had a large car ready with a baby seat which was very thoughtful, as well as plenty of water, snacks and a fridge.
We started our trip to lake Manyara where he was a perfect tour guide explaining key things about the locals on the way, as well as detailed knowledge about the national park and landscape historically.
He took us to our hotels on our trip, waited patiently for us in the mornings and found all the animals we wanted to see in the Serengeti.
He didn’t pressure us at any times, even holding the baby for us who loved him very much.
He showed us the best spots in Ngorongoro and even arranged a visit to a Masai village for us.
He constantly stopped to accommodate the baby’s needs and never once made us feel pressured or a burden.
He was by us all the way until the end where I was a little ill and even arranged another flight just in case.
I massively recommend anyone looking to book to use these guys as it was genuinely an unforgettable experience, and we’re already planning a return trip starting from Kilimanjaro this time

Authentic
Our family had the most incredible safari experience with John in the Serengeti in July 2024—truly a trip we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless, well-organized, and thoughtfully planned.
John is an exceptional guide. His knowledge of the wildlife, landscape, and local culture was impressive, but what really stood out was his passion and attention to detail. He always seemed to know exactly where to go—we witnessed breathtaking scenes, including close-up encounters with lions, elephants, giraffes, and even a dramatic river crossing during the migration. Every game drive felt like a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
He was also incredibly patient, friendly, and great with our whole family, making sure everyone—from adults to kids—felt comfortable, engaged, and excited. He answered every question, shared fascinating insights, and made the experience both educational and fun.
The accommodations, timing of drives, and overall flow of the trip were perfectly handled. We never felt rushed, yet we saw and experienced so much. Watching the sunrise over the Serengeti and ending the day under a sky full of stars were moments we’ll always treasure.

John was funny, informative, and took a lot of time to explain everything.
Our safari with John was an unforgettable experience. He always had a joke ready, which made every moment even more enjoyable. Thanks to him, we were able to see so many amazing animals and learned a lot about wildlife and nature. The accommodations were fantastic—we stayed in tents right inside the national park, surrounded by animals. We also met incredibly kind people along the way. I would love to do it again!

Best Experience in my life
It was the greatest Experience I ever had, not only because the guides were the nicest people I ever met, also because the company always knew where to look for animals. The tour was really Great, I saw animals like lions, giraffes, rhinos, elephants, all kinds of birds, leopards and every wild animal I could think of, I think that was only possible because of our guides. I really really can’t say anything bad about everything, thanks to them, so if u are searching for safaris, this is the best choice you could make in my opinion, after all I’m really really grateful for all the experiences!

A very well organised trip with the friendliest guide - we loved everything about the safari.
Best safari experience
We went on a 10-day safari trip with John in September, and we had the most amazing time. John was a very friendly and competent safari guide, he told us a lot of interesting things about the country and the animals. He was also always very respectful when approaching the animals. We cannot recommend a safari with John enough, we would do it again.

Once in a lifetime Experience!
This trip was the best vacation we ever had. We travelled together with a family and booked a trip to see Tansania and it's gorgeous wildlife.
We started close to Arusha with a wonderful waterfall walk before we started our trip with Jon. First we visited Tarangire with his stunning herds of Elephants and many other animals. we further continued to a town called Mto wa Mbu to learn about Banana farms, local heritage and how people live their lives on a daily basis. Our guide Jon Malley always gave us great explanations about the local customs and how people manage their lives on a daily basis, which I personally found very interesting. Generally spoken I have to say - chose your guide wisely, as you will spend a lot of time in the car with him. I can only recommend you to go on tour with Jon. He is a gentle, polite, smart and eloquent young man, who always gave us the feeling to be treated as guests and friends. Don't miss to go to the Ngorongoro Crater - this is the most stunning piece of land we have seen so far with a variety of wildlife I have never experienced before. We were lucky - Jon managed to make us seeing 2 kills, which is brutal and stunning at the sam time - seeing Lions in Wildlife hunting a warthog down. Let me express my sincere gratitude to the organisation of that trip - it was the greatest trip we have ever been on. Looking forward to seeing my Tansanian friend Jon again - we will definitely come back some time.
