Fabulous if you want to see wildlife ( big five) limited time
The scenery in the Ngororo Crater from the mist above, the plateau with waterways at bottom to the animals. We saw pink flamingos, hippos, lions, elephant.. buffalo. wildebeest. huge stocks with red beaks, mongooses It was a great lunch . Make sure you take warm clothes as the crater is cooler especially if you are doing it in winter.

Fantastic Safari - Experience of a lifetime
African Hub Serengeti were brilliant from day 1! Evaline helped tailor the perfect safari for us with many changes, advice and different options to get just what was right for us!
We went for a 4 day and 3 night safari with a budget accommodation on the first night, mid range on the second and luxury on the last as a special birthday treat! Evaline tailored the lodges to work with our requests and continued to offer alternatives for us to have a look at! This support was brilliant!
The safari itself we had a private tour with Mbwana - Mbwana was incredible! His English was fantastic and his knowledge of the areas we visited, the animals we saw and all our surrounding questions all went fully answered! Mbwana worked tirelessly morning to night to take every opportunity we could - he managed to find all the Big 5 for us and more! With so many close encounters our problem now is too many amazing photos to pick from!
For new safari goers - Our personal opinion on upgrading to a private tour was well worth the extra - The two of us had the van to move around in, get the best photo/viewing angles and not get in the way of other travellers we didn’t know! We also stuck with the sided van (not the open sided vans) - We were glad we didn’t take this upgrade as those we saw in them were clearly suffering from the wind (cold) and the dust. If you have the option, go private over open sides!
Thank you to all the team at African Serengeti Hub - You made a safari dream come true!

Amazing!
I want to start of by saying that Evelyn from African Hub is just absolutely AMAZING. Her communication from the beginning was very prompt despite there being a 7 hr difference from the US and Tanzania. I inquired with many operators and I just wasn't feeling them. What made me book with African hub is that they are very detailed, which is something that is very important when you are traveling halfway around the world. It was also my birthday and they managed to make it EXTRA special, something I will NEVER forget. I did the 2 days, 1 night, with Tarangerie and Ngorogoro. They were also able to arrange transportation from Kilimanjaro to Arusha. The ONLY thing I would change is skipping the Art Gallery on day 1 and maybe head right to the safari. Despite it being rainy season our guides were able to find animals for us to see. We were able to see 4 out of the big 5 (didn't see any leopards). The vehicles were spacious and we all had a window seat for great viewing opportunities. Lunch was also included and both days it was DELICIOUS Swahili food!! I recommend this tour company 100000%, if I ever come back to this side of the world, I would not hesitate to book with them again!!!!

Exciting, good food, pole pole, many stops, nice moments
Hello,
First of all I want to say that I really enjoyed the safari. I went there in low season (beginning of may) and I liked that there weren’t many tourists and other cars driving around! And even of rainy season we could see lots of animals and a great landscape. (It didn’t rain)
Our tour guide knew a lot about the national parks and the animals which was really interesting. Also I felt really safe in the car.
The only thing which I found a little bit annoying was that we had to make lots of stops in the beginning to reach the Tarangire National Park. We had do pick up lots of people and buy groceries which was a little bit unnecessary (could have been done before). And in the evenings of the safari the tourists in our car had many different accommodations, so the arrival in the camp or hotel was really late. Maybe for the next time it makes more sense to put the people in one hotel and one camp and not several hotels.
Except for that everything was fine and also the company and the staff is really nice! I could reach them easily and they answered all my questions.
I would say the price for the safari is also totally fine!
I would go with this company again and I recommend it for you.
Asante sana!

wonderful experience
It was an unforgettable experience, thanks above all to Hellen, who organized everything down to the last detail with her kindness and professionalism; to Agostine, the splendid guide who managed to show us all the big 5 and gave us excellent explanations; and finally to our chef Billy, who accompanied us throughout the trip. Thank you so much. A beautiful trip with excellent prices. I recommend it.

Professional, fun and safe
Big thank you to our guide Victor and chef “Bill Gates”.
Victor is super knowledgable about all the animals, owing to being both professionally trained and growing up in Ngorongo crater. He would constantly spot and identify animals at a great distance while driving. He’s also fun and friendly. Speaks very good English!
He is also a very safe and confident driver despite very though conditions such as overflowing rivers and meter high water at some crossings.
Bill Gates cooked local food for us during the trip, tasty and simple. There was always plenty of food so everyone could eat as much as they liked. They provided water and toilet paper.
The camps we stayed in were simple and clean. One lacked electricity so be sure to bring power banks. Sleeping bags were clean, good temperature and tents were of good quality.
The car had power outlets. Half of the seat belts were missing, which is not uncommon in Tanzania. In the parks this isn’t really a problem but on the drive to and from I would prefer to have functioning seat belts.
Communication before the trip was professional and informative.

Friendly, responsive and knowledgeable!
We did a 4 day safari in Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire and had a wonderful time!
The company was very responsive prior to the departure, answering all our questions via WhatsApp usually within an hour. The cars were comfortable and it was possible to charge phones and cameras while driving (only negative thing was that some of the seats had no seatbelts). The camping sites were simple, but that was a part of the experience! Camping in the wild really made it feel like an adventure (we had lion, cheetah and elephants wandering around close to the campsites!).
Big thanks to our fantastic guide Victor! He was extremely knowledgeable and did everything he could to give us the best experience possible. And thank you to our chef Bill Gates who cooked great food for us during the trip!

Great experience with the best guide and chef
We had an amazing 4-day safari.
Even though we booked very spontaneously, everything was perfectly organized.
Our chef, Bill Gates, prepared delicious meals every day and our guide, Victor shared so much knowledge, making the safari incredibly interesting.
We saw 4 of the Big Five and so many other animals, an unforgettable experience at a great price. Highly recommended!
