Wonderful Samburu experience
I booked a customize safari to Samburu wildlife reserve and was overall very satisfied with the company! My first contact Rosy was very helpful and arranged everything the way I wanted it to be! She kept regular contact before and during the tour and helped whenever it was needed! The guide Philip who was my company during the trip was a very knowledgeable and great guid who went the extra mile to make the trip unforgettable! His knowledge of the Animals and the overall history of his country was just amazing! He was not only a guide but I believe we developed a friendship!
The price for the trip was very ok for the value of the tour!
If anyone looks for a good safari provider I can highly recommend Arosy safari

Our experience with Arosy Safaris was fantastic.
Our experience with Arosy Safaris was fantastic. For me, the encounter was genuinely a dream come true. Snacks were prepared for our journey when we arrived at the entrance to Kimberley National Park. Philip the tour guide had a terrific sense of humor and was very informed.

Incredible 5-Day Safari with Arosy Safaris!
I had an amazing 5-day safari with Arosy Safaris, visiting Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli. Our guide, Philip, was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and always made sure we had the best experience. Everything was well organized, from pick-up to accommodation. We saw so much wildlife, including the Big Five! Highly recommend Arosy Safaris for a smooth and unforgettable adventure.

The 3-day Amboseli tour was a fantastic experience, made even better by our knowledgeable and friendly tour guide, Gilbert. From the start, he ensured everything ran smoothly, sharing insights about the wildlife and local culture throughout the trip. The views of Mount Kilimanjaro were breathtaking, and we saw plenty of elephants, lions, and other wildlife during the game drives. Gilbert’s expertise and passion really brought the park to life. The accommodations were comfortable, and the visit to a Maasai village added a unique cultural touch. Overall, it was a well-organized and memorable safari.

Trip to Masai Mara
The 3-day trip to Masai Mara was excellent! Everything was well organized – from transport and accommodation to meals and game drives. The guide was great, and we had a fantastic experience spotting wildlife. Thanks to the organizer for making it all smooth and memorable!

Good but a long day
Our 2 days safari to lake Navashia and lake Nakuru was wonderful however we were quite surprised of how long we had to wait before we had lunch and also that we had to eat with our tourguide at a random hotel which we were unaware of and ended up being quite a wierd experience. But overall the experience with Arosy safari was good and we absolutely loved our 1 night stay at lake Navashia crescent camp where the staf was nothing short of incredible.

Terrible and a fraud
would not recommend booking with Arosy Safaris Limited based on my experience.
I paid a $1,036 deposit for a safari planned for March 2026. After the initial agreement, prices were repeatedly adjusted and the quality of the proposed accommodations did not match what had originally been discussed. We therefore agreed to cancel the trip.
A refund was confirmed to me in writing, but it has not been processed to date. Communication became very difficult afterwards, and I have not received responses to multiple follow-ups over several days.
As a result, I had to make alternative arrangements at short notice, which caused additional effort and inconvenience.
I hope the company resolves this matter, but based on my experience, I would advise others to clarify refund terms very carefully in advance.

Following your decision to cancel, we acted in line with our agreed terms. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we made an exception to our cancellation policy and processed a partial refund. We sincerely apologize for any delays and communication challenges experienced.
