I had an exceptional experience with West Wild on both my Kilimanjaro climb and safari tour. The entire journey was thoughtfully organized, and every detail was handled smoothly from beginning to end.
During the Kilimanjaro trek, our guide was incredibly knowledgeable—not only in geology, which made the mountain itself come alive through his explanations, but also in sports science and physical endurance. His advice on pacing, breathing, and energy management was extremely helpful. What impressed me most was his patience and attentiveness. He constantly checked on our condition and made sure everyone felt supported and safe throughout the climb.
On safari, our guide was equally outstanding. He had extensive knowledge of wildlife and could explain animal behavior in fascinating detail. You could truly feel his passion and respect for animals—it wasn’t just a job for him. His driving skills were excellent, allowing us to get close to incredible sightings while always maintaining safety. Every evening, he would ask us about our “high moment” and “low moment” of the day, which made the experience more reflective and meaningful.
Both guides had strong personal charisma. They were not only professional but also warm, inspiring, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with.

Unforgettable Safari with West Wild – A Perfect Adventure for Our Girls' Trip!
Our 6-day safari with West Wild was nothing short of amazing! As a group of four girls traveling together, we were a little nervous at first, but from the moment we landed in Tanzania, everything was perfectly organized. The team at West Wild, especially the owner Wang, made sure every detail was taken care of, and we felt safe, comfortable, and excited throughout the entire journey.
Our itinerary included the breathtaking Serengeti National Park and the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, both of which left us in awe. In the Serengeti, we witnessed the Great Migration—thousands of wildebeests and zebras crossing the plains—along with lions, cheetahs, and even a leopard resting in a tree! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, spotting animals we would have never seen on our own. He patiently answered all our questions and made sure we had the best views for photos.
Ngorongoro Crater was like a paradise of wildlife—we saw rhinos, elephants, flamingos, and so many more species in just one day! The landscapes were surreal, and our guide’s expertise made the experience even more special.
The accommodations were fantastic—luxurious tented camps in the Serengeti and a cozy lodge near Ngorongoro. We loved the blend of adventure and comfort, with hot showers, delicious meals, and stunning views right from our tents. The staff at each location were warm and welcoming, adding to the overall wonderful experience.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service from West Wild. Wang checked in with us regularly, ensuring everything went smoothly. The customer service team was responsive even before our trip, answering all our questions promptly. Our guide was not only professional but also fun, making our game drives entertaining and memorable.

GREAT, best week in my life so far.
This was truly the best week of my life, and a huge thank you to our guide, Emmanuel.
He was incredibly professional, helped us handle unexpected situations (including some very determined monkeys trying to steal our food!), and somehow always knew where to find the animals. Thanks to him, we got amazing close-up views of lions, leopards, and so much more.
The safari exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend Emmanuel to anyone visiting Tanzania.

I recently completed an incredible 8-day safari in Tanzania with West Wild Travel Agency, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very first contact, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely passionate about creating the perfect safari experience.
West Wild arranged everything flawlessly — from airport transfers and luxury tented camps to expert guides and comfortable 4x4 vehicles. Our guide, balaka, was outstanding. His deep knowledge of the wildlife, birds, and Tanzanian ecosystems made every game drive educational and exciting. Thanks to his expertise, we saw the Big Five multiple times, including a breathtaking leopard sighting in a tree and a massive pride of lions hunting at dawn in the Serengeti.
The accommodations were excellent — clean, comfortable, and beautifully located with amazing views. The food was surprisingly delicious, and the camp staff were warm and attentive.
