After returning home, friends and family kept asking what the highlight of our Tanzania trip was. The truth is, there wasn't just one. Every single day of our 6-day safari with Makaro Travel brought something unforgettable.

Over six incredible days, we explored some of Tanzania's most spectacular wildlife destinations. We watched elephants wandering among ancient baobab trees in Tarangire, experienced the breathtaking landscapes of the Ngorongoro Crater, and spent unforgettable days in the Serengeti surrounded by wildlife.
One of my favorite memories was an early morning game drive when the sun was just rising over the Serengeti. The golden light stretched across the plains while lions prepared for the day and herds of zebras grazed peacefully nearby. It was one of those rare moments where you simply stop taking photos and appreciate what you're witnessing.
Penta's wildlife knowledge was extraordinary. He could identify animals from incredible distances and always seemed to know where the best sightings would be. Thanks to him, we saw lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, hyenas, and countless other species. His enthusiasm made every sighting even more exciting.
The accommodations arranged by Makaro Travel were excellent throughout the journey. Each lodge was comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located, allowing us to maximize our time in the parks while enjoying wonderful hospitality every evening.
What impressed us most was how smooth everything felt. There were no logistical worries, no unnecessary stress, and no wasted time. Makaro Travel handled every detail professionally, allowing us to focus entirely on enjoying the experience.
Six days passed far too quickly, but the memories will stay with us forever. Tanzania exceeded every expectation, and Makaro Travel played a huge role in making that happen.

The Perfect Tanzania & Kenya Luxury Safari
Our 9-day private luxury safari with Wivi Agency was simply unforgettable. Combining Tanzania and Kenya in one trip allowed us to experience some of Africa's most famous wildlife destinations.
In Tanzania, our guide Gerry took us through Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Seeing huge elephant herds in Tarangire, a leopard resting in a tree in Serengeti, and a black rhino in Ngorongoro were moments we will never forget. We also enjoyed incredible sightings of lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, hyenas, and thousands of wildebeest.
The luxury accommodations were exceptional. We loved our stays at Arusha Coffee Lodge, Melia Serengeti Lodge, and Ngorongoro Lion's Paw Camp. Every property offered excellent service, beautiful views, and outstanding comfort.
Our adventure continued in Kenya with our guide Tema, who introduced us to the magic of the Maasai Mara. We witnessed lion prides, cheetahs hunting on the plains, massive elephant herds, and unforgettable river wildlife. Tema's knowledge and passion made every game drive exciting.

A truly unforgettable safari experience
I had an amazing safari in the Maasai Mara with Axis Africa Expedition & Safaris. My guide, Kush, was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked tirelessly to ensure we saw as much wildlife as possible. His expertise and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. Although I only had two days of game drives, I saw an incredible amount of wildlife, and the highlight of the trip was seeing a leopard, which was truly an unforgettable experience.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
I was also impressed by the great communication from Axis Africa from start to finish. Everything was well organised, and any questions we had were answered promptly, making the entire trip smooth and stress-free. The whole experience offered great value for money with a well-run itinerary.
