This is not a park but only the natural forest exists between Malindi and Watamu
Overall rating
2/5

It is an ancient rainforest not yet destroyed
The natural forest is inhabited by locals residents. There are the ancient ruins of the city of Gede.
The area that I have visited is located at coordinates: 3 ° 17 '05 ", 18 S 40 ° 01' 39", 50 E. Here is an "agriturismo" (Kenyan Natural Village) recently built called "Tishi's farm".
The forest is easily accessible along the road that leads to Malindi Watamu.
The main road is in good condition, the landscape and climate are typical of the coast of Kenya.
There aren't wild animals such as lions, rhinos, gazelles, zebras, etc..

Very good to see giraffe and elephants.but has a small population of loin. Still uganda needs to improve service sectors. People attitude about giving service to customers are lagging. They think only about to grab money.

Awesome Tour from VIVA Safari, Bad customer Service from Booking agency
Overall rating
2/5

The tour ist just great. Awesome staff at the Camps, good Guides, lots of animals. 5*! You can book it from a Lot of booking agencies.

What was really bad is the fact that we were not informed about our late Pickup. The driver was there around 11 instead of 8.30/9. We could not reach anyone at the booking Agency, the south african representative told us that he did not work there anymore.

Let down
2/5

We used Land and Lake to take us on a 3 day safari to South Luangwa and while there were no problems with the lodge or the safari drives, Land and Lake let us down on both transport and also failed to communicate with the lodge. 30 minutes outside of Lilongwe we broke down and had to spend over 2 hours by the side of the road while a replacement vehicle was brought out. On the way we met up with another Land and Lake vehicle that had broken down the day before. We arrived at the lodge after almost 8 hours after leaving and missed an hour of our afternoon drive. The lodge (not a part of Land and Lake) and the manager were superb but dietary requirements of half of our party were not passed on to them. Land and Lake have proved unreliable and although I would use the lodge again I would not use or recommend Land and Lake.

No go Operator!!
2/5

I got offer from this company by email. On arrival in Kampala they changed the itininerary at once and gave me lower value als before. The guide Erick was lazy, almost driving to fast and not safe, coming late for departure, not want to stand up early in morning. I missing completly the knowlodge about how to make a tour with foreign guests.
May be other guides are better, but please never go with Erick!
