This will be a day of unlimited game drives for your group. Explore the depth and breadth of the most famous park in the world. Sightings of the Big Five are not uncommon so keep an eye out for lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino.
Your group will have an opportunity to drive down to the Mara River, site of the Great Migration when in season – July through October. The immense herds of wildebeest and zebra are a magnificent sight, matched only by the drama of the predators who lie in wait for them. At the river, we’ll see hippos but also camouflaged in their natural habitat we’ll spot the many crocodiles awaiting the wildlife traversing the river. This is a spectacle that has played out for millennia.
To bring more texture to your experience at the Mara, you may want to take advantage of several optional events we offer. Experience a visit to the local Maasai people in their nearby village. Meet these indigenous people and see up close their ancient lifestyle and culture.
